Youth to Business

Youth to Business it is an event organized by AIESEC International which happens for the first time in Romania. The event represents DAY 0 of the conference Romanian Youth Leadership Forum. This year the event will be externalized to debate together with other young volunteers on the theme of innovation, to transmit ideas and innovative solutions towards a bigger number of people and communities, and also to raise the visibility of our NGO.

Why Innovation?

Analyzing the context of Romania, nowadays, asking diverse sources, we realized that in this moment innovation can bring a change to national level. If you would check the agenda for November, you will realize that November is the month of innovation. This concept joins other events and conferences with the same theme approached in different ways for different areas. Youth to Business wants to create two different atmospheres: first part of the event will be dedicated to the identification of the areas and problems that need innovation or favors the existence of it, but the in the second part to be transformed in an environment propitious for innovation

Generation Y

The event is addressed to the students that are part of generation Y (years 1980-1995) who represent the next generation of leaders who will take in charge the leading positions in just a few years. We want to offer them a larger perspective, a bigger horizon, the possibility to be aware of the nowadays problems and to innovate through solutions. These are the reasons why we open Youth to Business to young people of Y generation, who have the mission to take forward the innovation to colleagues, friends and in the area where they want to have their careers.
