SOMERSET COUNTY FAIR
GENERAL RULES
*PREREGISTRATION BY JULY 1 IS A REQUIREMENT*
1. The Somerset County Fair is open to all without regard to County or State of residence.
2. 4-H members from any county are welcome to show in our fair, and they are eligible to collect
premiums in 4-H classes.
3. Each entered exhibit will be under the control of the Superintendent of the department in
which it is entered.
4. The Fair Board reserves the right to reject any entry.
5. Only the first sixty total (indoor & outdoor) entries will be accepted for each exhibitor.
6. Only one entry per class is permitted unless otherwise stated.
7. An item may not be entered in a ‘miscellaneous’, ‘other’, or ‘any article’ class if it fits in a
specific class.
8. The Judges will award only such premiums as they think proper whether there is competition
or not.
9. There shall be no awards or premiums beyond those specifically listed in the Fair Book.
Awards and/or premiums will be those listed under the heading for each DEPARTMENT/
DIVISION.
10. Every effort will be made to protect all exhibits while on the Fair Grounds, but the Fair Board
is not responsible for the loss or damage to property or persons while on the Fair Grounds.
11. All exhibitors must attend the awards ceremony on Sunday in order to receive their trophies.
Awards/Trophies not picked up at the awards ceremony may be picked up at the Somerset
County Extension Office within one week of the fair. Awards not picked up within one week of
the fair will be forfeited. Call Nicole before the fair with special circumstances. 410-651-1350
12. 4-H members must be a registered 4-H member by June 1.
13. All items for exhibit must have been completed by the exhibitor, raised by the exhibitor, or
raised with the assistance of the exhibitor since the date of the previous fair. Collections
and scrapbooks can be reentered with changes/additions listed on the exhibit.
14. No item may be removed prior to the specified time. Any exhibits removed will result in
the forfeit of premiums. All items shall be removed by 5:00 pm on Sunday.
15. Each exhibitor is responsible for the cleanup of exhibitor’s own space. Failure to comply will
result in the forfeit of premiums.
16. Somerset County 4-H members must enter 4-H classes. 4-H classes are open to all 4-H
members regardless of county residence.
17. ‘Clover’ exhibitors are not eligible for premiums.
18. If there is only one exhibitor in a Department/Division, champion may not be awarded.
19. ATV’s, golf carts and other off-road vehicles may only be used on the fairgrounds by fair
officials.

The Somerset County 4-H Youth Development offers programs for youth ages 8-18. We also have a 4-H Clover program for youth ages 5-7. Young people in 4-H learn about citizenship, leadership, cooking arts, mechanic, horticulture, agriculture, photography, robotics, and rocketry. To teach young people about these subjects the 4-H education program uses the learn-by-doing method of instruction. The 4-H program is run by the University of Maryland Extension Faculty and Staff.
HOW YOUNG PEOPLE LEARN IN 4-H
Project Work - fitting 4-H activities into the home and family situation.
Visual Presentations - teaching others through ‘showing and telling’.
Judging - learning standards and making decisions based on those standards.
Group Action - working toward the objectives of the club as determined by the mem-bership, and learning about community problems and working for their solution.
Activities and Events - giving the members an opportunity for enriching experiences beyond the local club.
Recreation - learning to enjoy life, self, and association with others in purposeful social activities.
MEANING OF THE 4-H’S
The expression ‘4-H’ typifies the training of Head, Heart, Hands and Health provided by the club programs.

RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. Requests for booth spaces must be received in Extension Office no later than July 10th. 2. Divisions I and II are open to organized 4-H Clubs only. 3. All 4-H booths must relate to some phase of 4-H Club work. This shall be indicated in some way in the booth. 4. 4-H Club names are not to be used as part of the booth. 5. FFA/FHA chapters enter booth in Division III. 6. Division IV is for entries by other youth and organizations in Somerset County. 7. Each booth shall be constructed to fit within a shell 47 ½ “ wide, 36" deep, and 22" high. 8. Organizations should have someone responsible for cleaning and keeping the booth in order. 9. Mechanical or electrical parts should be designed to run continuously. Extension cords must be furnished by the organization
needing electricity. PURPOSE
A. The booth exhibit is to inform viewers of a worthy idea or practice. B. The booth by attracting the viewers attention and interest should create the desire to adopt the idea portrayed. C. Maryland 4-H Code of Animal Science Ethics 4-H members enrolled in animal science projects (e.g., beef, camelids, dairy, dog, goat, horse, poultry, rabbit, sheep, small pet, and swine) shall, at all times, conduct themselves with honesty and good sportsmanship, including while with their projects and at all 4-H animal science activities and events. Their conduct should always reflect the highest standards of honor and dignity to promote the advancement of 4-H and its animal science program. 4-H members, as well as parents, UME volunteers and others working with them, are under an affirmative responsibility to do more than avoid improper conduct or questionable acts; and their conduct and values must serve as a positive influence on others. This Code of Ethics applies to all 4-H members who are enrolled in animal science projects, and to others (4-Hers, parents, volunteers, owners, etc.) who participate in the animal science program; and it covers daily animal care, as well as participation in competition and other 4-H animal activities and events. 4-H members and others who violate this Code of Ethics demean the integrity of 4-H and its animal science program. 4-H members who violate the code of animal science ethics are subject to sanctions including, but not limited to, forfeiture of premiums, awards, and/or auction proceeds and may be prohibited from participation in 4-H or 4-H/UME events or activities; other violators may also be subject to sanction, as appropriate. Infractions may be reviewed by 4-H and/or UME (on the local or state level, as appropriate to the infraction and to the event and/or activity in question), and/or may be subject to a fair oversight committee or other entity that oversees an activity or event. In addition, some acts may also be subject to review based upon the 4-H Behavioral Expectations (4-H 418) and/or other UME policies. The following is a list of standards and requirements for all 4-H animal science projects, at all times, whether at home, at animal exhibitions or events, or any other 4-H event or activity.
1. The care of all 4-H project animals is the responsibility of the 4-H member. 4-H members must properly care for and groom their animals for the duration of their project.
2. All project animals are expected to be housed at the 4-H member’s residence unless a different location is submitted to and approved in writing by the local 4-H staff. Any change in location must be approved in writing by the local 4-H staff; however, it is not necessary to report direct transport to and from shows or other events.
3. Upon request of 4-H, UME, or other program, fair, event or animal officials, 4-H members must present proof of ownership, length of ownership, identity and/or age of all 4-H project animals owned or leased. Misrepresentation of ownership, age, or identity of animal, or any facts relating thereto is prohibited. If a 4-H project animal is sold in a livestock sale, it is no longer eligible to be shown in a 4-H event in Maryland in that year.
4. 4-H members must provide appropriate animal health certificates upon request of 4-H, UME, or other program, fair, event or animal officials.
5. 4-H project animals must be presented to competition, activities and/or events, where they will enter the food chain, free of volatile drug residues. Animals which are presented to competition, events and/or activities that do not culminate with the animal entering the food chain, shall not be administered drugs other than in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations and rules. 4-H project animals shall not be exhibited if drugs administered in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations and rules may affect the animal’s performance or appearance at the event. At any time after an animal arrives on a fair or other 4-H activity or event premises, a licensed veterinarian must administer or, in consultation with fair, event, UME, or 4-H officials, direct the administration of any treatments involving the use of drugs and/or medications.
6. The act of enrolling in a 4-H animal science project, and/or entering a project animal in a 4-H competition, show, activity, or other event, gives consent for 4-H or UME or event authorities to obtain any specimens of urine, saliva, blood, hair, tissue, or other substance from the animal to be used for testing purposes including, but not limited to, drugs or identification. It is presumed that the sample of urine, saliva, blood or other substance tested by the approved laboratory to which it is sent is the one taken from the animal in question, its integrity is preserved, and all procedures of said collection and preservation, transfer to the laboratory and analysis of the sample are correct and accurate and the report received from the laboratory pertains to the sample taken from the animal in question and correctly reflects the condition of the animal at the time the sample was taken, with the burden on the 4-H owner to prove otherwise at any review in regard to the matter conducted by a fair or other event or the 4-H program. If the laboratory report on the chemical analysis of saliva, urine, blood, hair, tissue or other sample, taken from a 4-H animal science project, indicates the presence of forbidden drugs or medication, this shall be prima facie evidence such substance has been administered to the animal either internally or externally.
7. Any surgical procedure or injection of any foreign substance or drug or the external application of any substance (irritant, counter irritant, or similar substance) which could affect the animal's performance or alter its natural contour, conformation, or appearance, except external applications of substances to the hoofs or horns of animals which affect appearance only and except for surgical procedures performed by a duly licensed veterinarian for the sole purpose of protecting the health of the animal, is prohibited.
8. Using ice, ice packs, cold packs, or cold compresses, internally or externally, other than those prescribed to relieve heat stress or a medical condition as diagnosed by a duly licensed veterinarian for the sole purpose of protecting the health of the animal, is prohibited.
9. The use of showing and/or handling practices or devices, such as striking animals to cause swelling, using electrical devices, or other similar practices, are not acceptable and are prohibited.
10. All judges, fair and event officials and/or UME/4-H staff and volunteers shall be treated with courtesy, cooperation, and respect, and no person shall direct abusive or threatening conduct toward them or toward exhibitors or others participating in the activity. In addition, direct criticism or interference with a judge, fair, show or event official, exhibitor, breed representative, or UME/4-H staff or volunteer before, dur-ing, or after an event or other activity is prohibited.
11. No one shall violate this Code of Animal Science Ethics or conspire with another person or persons to intentionally violate this Code of Ethics or knowingly contribute or cooperate with another person or persons either by affirmative action or inaction to violate this Code of Ethics.
12. The application of this Code of Ethics provides for absolute responsibility for an animal's condition to the 4-H member whether or not he or she was actually instrumental in or had actual knowledge of the treatment of the animal in contravention of this Code of Ethics.
13. By enrolling in an animal science project and/or entering an animal in a fair or other 4-H event or activity, the 4-H member, and his/her parent or guardian, consent to have disciplinary action taken by appropriate authorities (including UME, 4-H, fair, event and/or other activity officials) for violation of this Code of Animal Science Ethics and/or any other applicable rules of UME, 4-H, a fair, activity or other event, without recourse against UME, 4-H and/or other authorities. In addition, the 4-H member, and his/her parent or guardian, further understand and agree that any action which contravenes these rules, and is also in violation of federal, state, or local laws, statutes, regulations, or rules, may be released to appropriate law enforcement authorities with jurisdiction over such infractions.

RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. Exhibitors may exhibit a total of 20 birds, but there may be up to two entries per class. Birds must be preregistered by July 1.
2. Poultry must come in Thursday between 4pm and 8:30pm.
3. All birds shown must have been owned by and on the exhibitors premises on or before May.
4. Substitutions made after the original registration of birds shall be allowed only within the original breed for exhibition birds, and within the class for egg production.
5. Feeders and waterers are available. The exhibitors must feed/water their own exhibit.
6. Any birds showing signs of disease will be refused entry. The decision of the Superintendent will be final.
7. The Maryland Department of Agriculture Animal Health Regulations governing Pullorum-Typhoid disease in poultry are in effect. All poultry must originate from U.S.A. and must have been tested within 10 days prior to show. No birds will be accepted for exhibition without the proper documentation from such testing.
8. The Maryland Department of Agriculture requires that ALL POULTRY MUST BE TESTED FOR AVIAN INFLUENZA, IN STATE AND OUT OF STATE, within 10 days prior to entry, or originate directly from an NPIP Avian Influenza Clean or Monitored flock, doe to increasing threat of Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza, currently in the Mid-West and Pacific United States.

RULES AND REGULATIONS
The following policy will apply: 1. 4-H’ers or FFA members from any county and state are welcome to show in our fair, and they are eligible to collect premiums in 4-H classes. A.) 4-H/
FFA youth entering livestock in 4-H/FFA and Open or 4-H only classes must have their livestock preregistered by July 1. B.) any division which does not have at least 4 individual exhibitors with an entry may be cancelled. Forms MUST be filled out completely or be rejected.
2. Mail entry forms to Somerset County Fair, 30730 Park Drive, Princess Anne, MD 21853 by July 1. State number of animals and pen requirements on sheet accompanying entry form.
3. Violations of the Maryland 4-H Code of Animal Science Ethics OR Somerset County Fair Livestock Rules will be reviewed by the local 4-H Board of Review and may be subject to disciplinary action. (Please see the Maryland 4-H Code of Animal Science Ethics)
4. All Maryland entries must be accompanied by a Maryland Certification of Veterinary Inspection for Show Certificate. Have your accredited veterinarian fill in this form completely. The identification numbers, ages and breeds on the certificate must correspond with those used on the test chart submitted by your veterinarian. The certificate MUST be signed by your veterinarian, and forwarded to the Animal Health Section, MDA, 50 Harry S. Truman Parkway, Annapolis, MD 21401. Upon approval by MDA a copy will be returned to you. This approved copy MUST accompany animals to all shows and be presented to the MDA Animal Health Inspector prior to unloading. This paragraph only applies to Maryland Animals. For further informa-tion on poultry contact Dr. Guy Hohenhaus, State Veterinarian, MDA Animal Health Program 410-841-5810. 5. All out of State entries must be accompanied by a Certificate of Veterinary Inspection signed by an accredited veterinarian. 6. Livestock must be bona fide property of the exhibitor. Beef & Dairy Steers as of Jan 1st; Market Goats, Swine, Sheep June 1st; Beef Purebred June
1st; Beef Heifer Commercial June 1st; Breeding Dairy, Sheep, Swine June 1st. Recommend youth work with animals prior to July to show at fair. (Animal must be show ready upon arrival at the Fair i.e. washed and clipped)
7. Exhibitors are responsible for the care of their animals while on the grounds. Premiums will not be paid to exhibitors who fail to keep the animals and stables clean and attractive at all times. Superintendents reserve the right to take corrective action in situations where i t is believed that the safety and well being of the animals or the public is affected. All Exhibitors are responsible for Barn Duty, please see Herdsmanship Award Criteria on next page for Barn Duty description.
8. The Superintendent and the Fair Board reserve the right to reject any entries. 9. The Superintendent reserves the right to interpret all Rules & Regulations and resolve any situations which may arise. The Superintendent is
not restricted in any way by the lack of a specific rule or regulation. The Superintendent may request a meeting of the Eastern Shore Ethics Committee when necessary to review a complaint of violation of the Maryland 4-H Code of Animal Science Ethics.
10. The fitting and showing preparation of all animals for exhibit is the responsibility of the Exhibitor. ONLY Junior (ages 8-10) exhibitors may receive assistance from immediate family members, other youth and appointed MCE Volunteers or FFA Advisors. Violation of this policy may result in immediate disqualification of the exhibitor from all 4-H/FFA livestock shows and competitions at the Somerset County Fair and possible dis-missal from the fair grounds.
11. All animals must be identified by an ear tag, tattoo, or registration number. 12. Owner must show animal(s) unless Superintendent has previously approved otherwise. 13. Exhibitors may exhibit up to two animals per class. 14. No premiums paid for championship classes! 15. 4-H exhibits may not be entered in Open classes. 16. Once a 4-H/FFA animal has been checked in on Thursday between 4pm-8:30pm it can only leave the premises on Saturday from 8pm-10pm. Please
contact the superintendent if you will need an exception on your release time. 17. No animals will be unloaded without superintendent’s permission. 18. Only exhibitors, judge, and ringmaster are allowed in the show ring. 19. Fairgrounds close at 10pm and lights out is at midnight. Anyone planning on spending the night in order to take care of their livestock must indicate so
on the back of the Exhibitor’s entry form. Please see the Livestock Superintendent with any questions. 20. Initial bedding will be supplied by the Fair; additional or special bedding is the responsibility of the exhibitor. 21. Unless otherwise noted, all animal ages are calculated as of July 1st of the current year. 22. All animals must have ‘Official Identification’ in accordance with the 2016 Maryland Animal Health Fair and Show Requirements . 23. All dairy goats must be disbudded/dehorned. 24. 4-H AND FFA ANIMAL SHOW ATTIRE
General Requirements The following prescribed show attire is required for all Exhibitors in Fitting & Showmanship, breed classes, and market classes. 1. No farm names or other identification shall appear on show uniforms. Safe appropriate attire, including footwear is required at all times. Caps or
other headwear shall not be worn in the show ring. 2. Exhibitors Not Adhering To The Show Attire Requirements Will Forfeit Their Premiums (See below for appropriate attire).
Please note that girls may choose to wear a skirt instead of slacks in the appropriate color. Dairy Cattle, Dairy Steers & Dairy Goats - 4-H/FFA: white slacks with white shirt. Neckpieces optional. Beef, Market Goats, Sheep & Swine - 4-H: green or tan slacks, white or tan shirt with green or black neckpiece. FFA: tan or black slacks,
tan or white shirt, with blue or black neckpiece.

HERDSMANSHIP AWARD CRITERIA
All 4-H exhibitors of livestock are eligible to be considered for this award.
Experience in 4-H or age will not be a factor.
The Herdsmanship Award selection committee will be determined by the 4-H Agent, Livestock Superintendent, and Fair Board President; prior to the start of the Fair. Exhibitors and Leaders will not be aware of the members of the selection committee. Observation will occur randomly, throughout the fair, starting with the time of livestock entry. The Purpose of this award is to recognize a youth who consistently demonstrates excellence in the following areas. These are not necessarily listed in the order of importance.
DIVISION I– SHEEP
Division Rules & Regulations: 1. All sheep must follow mandatory scrapie program rules. For information on obtaining a scrapie premise number,
official tags or further information on the program, visit www.aphis.usda.gov/vs/nahps/scrapie. Information may also be obtained by calling the Area Veterinary Services office for Maryland at 410-349-9708.
2. Exhibitors and their exhibits must comply with the ‘General Fair Rules & Regulations’, ‘General 4-H and FFA Rules & Regulations’, ‘Department Rules & Regulations’, the ‘Maryland 4-H Code of Animal Science Ethics’, the ‘Health Regulations for Livestock Exhibited in Maryland’, and these Division Rules & Regulations.
3. Entries: Entries for this division will be received on Thursday between 4pm-8:30pm in the Livestock Barn. Animals will be released in the evening on Saturday from 8pm - 10pm. Refer to ‘Schedule of Events’ for additional information. Preregistration is required by July 1.
4. Substitutions: Exhibitors are permitted to substitute one animal for another in any class and if it meets entry requirements.
5. Proper attire must be worn during all shows. See Department Rules & Regulations. 6. All sheep must be properly presented for show. Market lambs must be slick shorn. 7. Exhibitors will show their own animals. 8. Halters will not be permitted in Fitting & Showing. 9. The Sheep Breeding Show will be divided into 2 divisions, Breeding Sheep with Wool & Breeding Sheep with Hair.
The Breeds with wool are: Tunis, Dorset, Hampshire, Montadale, Shropshire, Southdown, Suffolk, Other Registered Breeds, and Commercial Breeding Sheep. The Breeds with hair are: Katahdin, Dorper, and Other Hair Breeds.
10. All sheep without registration papers must be tagged with the MD 4-H Livestock tag prior to arrival at the fair and have met ownership date guidelines.
11. Exhibitor may enter, weigh-in and show a max of 6 market lambs. Re-weighs will not be permitted. Market lambs will be shown by weight and not by breed. Lambs may be moved to the next higher weight class only when the exhibitor has more than 2 lambs in a class. Only ewes and wether lambs may be shown in market classes. All market lambs must be tagged with a MD 4-H Livestock Tag prior to arrival at fair.
12. All wether lambs must be completely healed. The Livestock Superintendent will examine any wether showing signs of testicle presence, unhealed scrotum, or other stag characteristics and the Livestock Committee will have the FINAL DECISION in determining the eligibility for show. Ewe lambs shown in breeding class are not eligible to be shown in market lamb classes.
13. Market Lambs must weigh a minimum of 60 pounds. All animals will be weighed and divided into classes at the superintendent’s discretion. Number of classes may vary from year to year. A maximum of 6 market lambs can be entered and shown by an exhibitor but not more than 2 in the same weight class. Must be under one year of age for market lamb classes. One animal not weighing at least 60 pounds may be shown in the super lightweight class but is not eligible for champion or reserve champion.

8. Market steers must weigh a minimum of 900 pounds. All animals will be weighed and divided into classes at the superintendent’s discretion. Number of classes may vary from year to year. A maximum of 6 market steers can be entered and shown by an exhibitor but not more than 2 in the same weight class. Steers must be born after January 1st of the preceding year for market steer classes. One animal not weighing at least 900 pounds may be shown in the super lightweight class but is not eligible for champion or reserve champion.
9. Steers and heifers must be dehorned and healed. Steers are to be castrated and healed. For safety reasons, entries for animals not meeting this criteria will not be accepted.

1. All goats must follow mandatory scrapie program rules. For information on obtaining a scrapie premise number, official tags or further information on the program, visit www.aphis.usda.gov/vs/nahps/scrapie. Information may also be obtained by calling the Area Veterinary Services office for Maryland at 410-349-9708.
2. Exhibitors and their exhibits must comply with the ‘General Fair Rules & Regulations’, ‘General 4-H and FFA Rules & Regulations’, ‘Department Rules & Regulations’, the ‘Maryland 4-H Code of Animal Science Ethics’, the ‘Health Regulations for Livestock Exhibited in Maryland’, and these ‘Division Rules & Regulations’.
3. Entries: Entries for this division will be received on Thursday between 4pm-8:30pm in the Livestock Barn. Animals will be released in the evening on Saturday from 8pm - 10pm. Refer to ‘Schedule of Events’ for additional information. Preregistration is required by July 1st.
4. Substitutions: Exhibitors are permitted to substitute one animal for another in any class if it meets entry requirements. 5. Proper attire must be worn during all shows. See Department Rules & Regulations. 6. All goats must be properly presented for show. Market goats must be shown in uniformly short hair and have hair no
more than 3/8 inches long above the knees and hocks. All meat goats will be allowed to carry horns, but must have them tipped blunt. For the safety of exhibitors, sharp horns will not be allowed. The disbudding of market goats is encouraged but not required.
7. Exhibitors will show their own animals. All goats must have a collar. 8. Exhibitor may enter, weigh-in and show a max of 6 market goats. Re-weighs will not be permitted. Market goats will
be shown by weight and not by breed. Goats may be moved to the next higher weight class only when the exhibitor has more than 2 goats in a class. All market goats must be tagged with a MD 4-H Livestock Tag prior to arrival at fair.
9. All wether kids must be completely healed. The Livestock Superintendent will examine any wether showing signs of testicle presence, unhealed scrotum, or other stag characteristics and the Livestock Committee will have the FINAL DECISION in determining the eligibility for show. Doe and buck kids shown in breeding class are not eligible to be shown in market goat classes and vice versa. Market goats must be wethered. Continued on next page

10. Market goats must weigh a minimum of 40 pounds. All animals will be weighed and divided into classes at the superintendent’s discretion. Number of classes may vary from year to year. A maximum of 6 market goats can be entered and shown by an exhibitor but not more than 2 in the same weight class. Must be under one year of age for market goat classes. One animal not weighing at least 40 pounds may be shown in the super lightweight class but is not eligible for champion or reserve champion.

RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. Livestock must be registered by July 1. Any division which does not have at least 2 individual exhibitors with an entry may be cancelled.
2. Mail entry forms to Somerset County Fair, 30730 Park Drive, Princess Anne, MD 21853. State number of animals and pen require-ments on sheet accompanying entry form.
3. All Maryland entries must be accompanied by a Maryland Certification of Veterinary Inspection for Show Certificate. Have your accredited veterinarian fill in this form completely. The identification numbers, ages and breeds on the certificate must correspond with those used on the test chart submitted by your veterinarian. The certificate MUST be signed by your veterinarian, and forwarded to the Animal Health Section, MDA, 50 Harry S. Truman Parkway, Annapolis, MD 21401. Upon approval by MDA a copy will be returned to you. This approved copy MUST accompany animals to all shows and be presented to the MDA Animal Health Inspector prior to unloading. This paragraph only applies to Maryland Animals. For further information on poultry contact Dr. Guy Hohenhaus, State Veterinarian, MDA Animal Health Program (410) 841-5810. 4. All out of State entries must be accompanied by a Certificate of Veterinary Inspection signed by an accredited veterinarian. 5. Livestock must be bona fide property of the person entering in the fair, but does not have to be exhibited by the owner. 6. Exhibitors are responsible for the care of their animals while on the grounds. 7. The Superintendent reserves the right to interpret all Rules & Regulations and resolve any situations which may arise. The
Superintendent is not restricted in any way by the lack of a specific rule or regulation. All animals must be identified by an eartag, tattoo, or registration number.
8. Exhibitors may exhibit up to two animals per class. 9. No Age Restrictions 10. $10 entry fee per animal must be paid with the entry by JULY 1. 11. Must be on the fair grounds with animals between 4pm - 8:30pm Thursday. 12. All livestock will be released at 7pm on Saturday. Only exhibitors, judge, and ringmaster are allowed in the show ring. 13.
