Currently with 15+ designers, engineers and managers in two offices, the team always prioritizes best practices of doing business, quality of delivery, and customer satisfaction over volume of business. EstablishmentRootwork started in Sep ‘12 with its first office in Vadodara, then the
second office in Bangalore – later in early ‘13. Currently, we operate from these two locations, acting as our development center & product studio,
respectively.

Services & ProductsRootwork provide specialized custom and packaged services for mobile app development on iOS, Android, Windows 8 / WP 8, and Tizen. We also offer explicit UI / UX desing consulancy, and Mobile Website optimisation projects. Else, Rootwork publishes consumer apps through Zitrr Studios.
Before conceiving Rootwork, Pratik was associated with Adobe Systems as the core software developer for their flagship products. He’s a certified C++ & Java programmer, and also has two technical papers published on his name. He spearheads engineering, project management and delivery at the company.
Piyush played a pivotal role in the inception of Rootwork. His passion for digital marketing and operation management is well aligned to his role at the company. His past work experiences includes stints in digital marketing campaigns, social media marketing, SEO/SEM, copy-writing, and brand development. He is on Twitter @voicespiyush.
Ratnesh played a significant role at ZS Associates before deciding to do something more in sync with his penchant for design & technology. With his diverse skill set, he brings to the team an expertise in interaction design and user experience. He has a say in all things web, and is enthusiastic about post-pc technologies.
Nirmal excels in cross-platform development using Titanium and PhoneGap platforms. His expertise ranges in methods & areas related to quality testing for mobile apps – including device level testing. Before joining Rootwork as a seed team member, Nirmal had a stint at Freescale Semiconductors, where he worked as a Design Engineer.

It seems that a comfortable job in India and abroad did not relieve Mohit at core, because he didn’t think twice before joining as a founding member at Rootwork. He adds a crucial dimension to the team with his past experience of working for Amdocs in India and Canada. Mohit likes coding for livelihood, and is just perfect for being the Chief Technology Officer for a startup like us.
Bharat is the ace design guy at Rootwork. His knack for design makes him a different breed in a flock engineers and managers. He was found playing with Maya and After Effects in college, when others were busy stacking their engineering grades; we made a point to force him to join us as co-founding member!
Pranav has 5+ years of Consulting experience at Wipro Technlogies & kPMG. He has extensive experience in assisting CxOs & Business teams to tackle problems with the innovative use of Process & Technology. Pranav is a thought leader and has enjoyed taking guest lectures in campuses such as xIME, and Educomp MAPS B School.
Manish is an IIM lucknow graduate with over 8 years of experience. He has worked for companies like Oracle, kbace Technologies, Mphasis and Infosys in ERP consulting and digital marketing consulting areas. Strategy and marketing are his forte and he has already helped a few start-ups with formulation of their strategy and marketing plans.
