The first Community service project for the year was Pudhu Varsha Vazhthu meaning New Year Greetings. This project was conducted in Bala Vihar Ashram for the Intellectually disabled Children and people. The club members visited this ashram to provide the required items which were collected by the club members. An hour spent with the special children by playing, dancing and singing created a deep impact on the hearts of our club members who went there. It made us realise how gifted we are. Instead of living selfishly the joy of living should be shared and services should be done for the society which will ultimately benefit us too. After a small interaction with the Staffs of the Ashram, the members came out with a feeling of happiness and satisfaction.
