Rotary units Dimensions and equipment
Rotary units are attached to the moving mounting platen and can therefore be universally used for various moulds. They are driven hydraulically or elec-trically and can be retrofitted.
Cost-effective entry level hydraulic drive
j Other angles of rotation available for hydraulic drive upon request
Optional electric drive with freely programmable angles of rotation for high-precision, fast rotation
Rotary units fully integrated in the SELOGICA control system - Flexible sequence programming
via dedicated symbols - Rotary operations are part of
the overall sequence and can be programmed according to the machine movements
j Higher temperatures for temper-ature-control media1
j Additional temperature control circuits upon request
j Additional plate for temperature control upon request
Integrated control cam for raising and lowering lifter
j Oil circuits for core pulls (with Polarform)
StandardjOptional
1) In the case of high temperatures for temperature-control media (upon request) the installation height is reduced through thermal insulation boards
