Vertical Ring Die Wood Pellet Mill

Counter Flow Cooler

Counter flow cooler is currently the more advanced cooler, it adopt the principle of countercurrent, cooling the high temperature of material of high humidity.Vertical air through the material layer, the first layer contact with the material, the material contact with the hot air first, the air direction is opposite with the material falling direction, make the materials cooled forward gradually, avoid the pellets surface cracks due to sudden cooling. The air enters into the cooler from bottom, big entering area, high utilization rate, low energy consumption, easy operation and remarkable effect.
