Robinwood West Subdivision – Special Trustee Election

The Robinwood West Trustees are soliciting lot owners to become candidates for election to the position of Trustee. This election is to fill a vacancy due to the treasurer’s resignation. This position

will be for two years. Candidates must file with the existing Trustees by 5:00 p.m. on March 19, 2012 by submitting their written notification, including their name, address and phone number to:

Robinwood West Trustees, PMB #204, 12545 Olive Blvd, Creve Coeur, MO 62141.

The Robinwood West Trustees will conduct a meeting on April 18, 2012 at 6:00 p.m. for the purposeof counting ballots and electing a Trustee to fill this vacancy. Each lot represents one ballot. Co-

owners and multiple owners may collaborate on their selection; however, the rule of “one ballot per lot” will apply. Election ballots will be sent to lot owners March 30, 2012.

County, Missouri, for a two (2) year term, and accordingly, request that my name be placed on theTrust Association ballot for the election. I understand that this completed form must be received by

the Trustees no later than 5:00 p.m. on March 18, 2012 in order to be considered as a Trustee candidateand that the Trustee election is to be conducted on April 18, 2012, starting at 7:00 p.m., and I further

declare that if elected to such office I will qualify. As required, I further attest that I am a citizen of theUnited States, I am at least 18 years of age and I am a registered lot owner of real estate located within
