ROV mounted camera winch: Specifications.• Camera winch designed to be mounted inside or on ROV frame to deploy camera vertically

inside hole for visual inspection.

• As of January 2018 the winch has 55mtr long cable

• Slip rings = MOFLON MFS028-S08-IP68-VD OD 28mm, 8Xsignal, Max speed 200RPM,

IP68, stainless steel housing, Industrial quality version(VD), Oil filled with comp tube

• Hydraulic requirement:

Pressure = 1500 psi (103 bar) minimum. 3000psi (206bar) maximum.

• Flow = 4.2 gpm (16 lpm) Minimum

• Hydraulic motor = GRESEN MGG20030, 11.48cc

• Gearbox = NMRV-P063 50:1 WORM GEARBOX

Weight = 31 kg in air

• Weight = 15 kg in fresh water

• Pressure reducing valve = SUN PBBB – LWN

Check valve = SUN CXAD – XAN

• Mounting base = 500mm Long x 450mm Wide x 12mm thick

Weight clamps primarily to outside of cable similar to a “Callums grip” and stabilizes

on the mold and camera body.

End of the weight has

a 15mm long

extension to act as a

lens protector.

Unscrew two halves then remove 4 screws for

disassembly.
