provides internet access to the public, usually fora fee. These businesses usually provide snacks

and drinks, hence the caf in the name. The fee

for using a computer is usually charged as a time-

based rate.

by Mr. Rommel Escanan Eresmas.his business

was started on September 22 ,2011, when its on

the first location but now it was located at pier

site Zone 2 Bulan Sorsogon beside MelbetMeatshop . He chose it as a business because

he had an enough knowledge about manipulating

computer .This business was named Roxelle

Camille ,because it was based on the name oftheir daughter.

Costumer- It depends upon the costumer who

entered in their shop.

- there is a limitation to be followed by thestudents .

- during 4;00-10:30 the income of their shop

is high because of the numbers of thecostumers who entered in the shop.

Income :

-they earned1,500-2,000 pesos in one day,if we are talking about the gross incomethey earned 10,000-14,000 pesos per

month . They also have some expences

such as taxes , mayor permit and etc.

Problems:

- the problems that they encountered are

attitude of the costumers because sometimes

some costumers are bossy and unrespectful .And then, because of the low internet

connection.

In order to solved this problems ,the

manager apply some strategies like having

of more patience ,being friendly to thecostumers , and we communicate all the

time to the costumer to avoid

misunderstanding.
