How it works

Make sure that the inside surfacesof the frame are free from dirtor dust.

Lubricate all modules for the framethoroughly, both the inside and theoutside surfaces.

Before inserting the final row ofmodules, insert two stayplates.

Lubricate the inside surfaces ofthe frame with Roxtec Lubricant,especially into the corners.

Insert the modules according toyour installation plan (transit plan).It is recommended to seal cables/pipes at the bottom of the frameand put spare modules on top.

Separate the two stayplates andinsert the final row of modulesbetween the stayplates.

Adapt modules, which are to holdcables or pipes, by peeling off layersuntil you reach the gap seen in pic. B.The halves may not differ by more thanone layer.

Insert a stayplate on top of everyfinished row of modules.

Drop the upper stayplate on top ofthe modules.

Achieve a 0.11.0 mm gapbetween the two halves when heldagainst the cable/pipe.

Continue to fill up the packingspace of the frame, until one finalrow is left. See pictures Pack-ing space for the full size of thespace.

Lubricate all sides of the wedge spar-sely, except front and back. Pleaseread the markings on the wedge andturn it correctly before inserting it inthe top of the frame (standard posi-tion). Face with Stayplate this sidemust always face a stayplate.

Tighten the screws until full stop,approx 20 Nm (15 ft.lb.).

Attach the Wedge Clip to thewedge bolts to check that thewedge is properly tightened.
