MEP-prop with SAS

builds the core piece of the MEPshoring system and is a combination of steel inner tube and aluminium section with Tgroove to attach the reinforcing frames. The SAS quicklowering system ensures that the prop is relieved of the load with a single hammer blow; the SAS returns automatically to its starting position when removed and is thus ready for use again. According to the European Draft Standard EN 1065 the permissible loadbearing capaci-ty of a single prop is 30 kN at all extensions in connection with formwork systems; when used together with reinforcing frames higher loadbearing capacities are possible.

Wax

facilitates the cleaning of the formwork; it is applied to the formwork parts that are not in contact with the concrete, e.g. frames; we recommend to spray the wax all around the panels while they are piled up; it is sufficient to apply the wax after every 5th or 6th use; consumption: 50 to 100 g/m².

The forming face is still to be treated with MevaTrenn, as wax residues can impair the fol-lowing applications. Delivered in 30litrecans (without illustration)
