End-of-Life Planning Legal Clinic Who would make end-of-life decisions for you if you became

unable to? Advanced Directives are legal documents that allow you to spell out your decisions about end of life care ahead of time. These important documents give you a way to tell your wishes to family, friends and health care professionals and

can help avoid confusion about your wishes. The Northern Nevada Alliance for Health and Justice is

hosting a FREE Advanced Directives Clinic at HOPES! At the clinic, an attorney from Washoe Legal Services will be available to discuss the different types of advanced directives

and assist you with document preparation.
