Any frrnguspopulation may contain individuals naturally resistant to RUBIGAN and other GROUP CODE 3fungicides. The resistant individuals can eveartually dominate the population if these ptoducts are usedrepeatedly and will then not be contolled by RUBIGAN or by any other GROUP CODE 3 product. To delay the development of resistance of Oidium:o Avoid exclusive repeated use of GROUP CODE 3 fungicides. Alternate with products from other

GROUP CODES.o Limit the amount of sprays to a maximum of 5 applications per season.r Do not apply the product at intervals exceeding 14 days.o Always use the rnaximum recommended rate of the product.o Do not mix RUBIGAN with sulphur formulations but always tty to follow a dud programme of

RUBIGAN and sulphur. Apply the sulphur between the RUBIGAN applications but withoutrcplacing any of the applications.

Since the occurrence of resistance is difficult to detect prior to use, it is of the utrnost importance that allof the above precautions are stdcdy adhered to. The Registmtion Holder or Disributor cannot be heldresponsible if RUBIGAN fails to control resistant .liseases.
