FREE PLAY SUNDAY

PROMOTION DATES: Every Sunday from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM PRIZE: $25 Free Slot Play = 2,500 Rewards Club Points

CONTEST ELIGIBILITY, CHANCES OF WINNING, AND SKILL-TESTING QUESTION:

1. This promotion is sponsored by the Grey Eagle Resort & Casino and is open to any Grey Eagle Resort &

Casino Rewards Club member who is 18 years of age or older, except employees of the Grey Eagle Resort &

Casino.

2. Valid Rewards Club membership is required to participate in this promotion. There is no fee payable to obtain a Rewards Club membership, but Grey Eagle Casino is not responsible for any delays in processing membership applications. Eligible participants (as determined by Grey Eagle Casino) consist of new or existing Rewards Club members and must present ID acceptable to the Grey Eagle Casino in order to participate.

HOW TO ENTER (No Purchase Necessary)

3. Every Sunday from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM Rewards Club Members can redeem $25 Free Slot Play with their Points.

4. Visit Casino Guest Services to redeem your $25 Free Slot Play.

5. A voucher will be printed by Guest Services and must be taken to the Slot Cage and redeemed for a $25 tito ticket. The voucher must be redeemed the day it was issued.

6. One (1) Redemption per day, per person.

GENERAL

7. All decisions of the judges with respect to this promotion are final.

8. Participation in this promotion authorizes the Grey Eagle Resort & Casino the right to publish the claimant’s name, address, and/or photograph without any claim for broadcasting, printing or other rights. The claimant shall have no claim against the Grey Eagle Resort & Casino /sonco gaming (alberta) ltd., /sonco gaming lp for invasion of privacy, infringement of copyright or otherwise by reason of the publication or broadcasting of the claimant’s name, address and/or photograph.

9. To claim the prize, a valid Grey Eagle Resort & Casino rewards club card and government-issued photo identification (acceptable to the grey eagle casino) is required.

10. The Grey Eagle Resort & Casino is not responsible for commencing, continuing or completing “Free Play Sunday” promotion or awarding prizes in the event of circumstances beyond the Grey Eagle Resort & Casino control, and Grey Eagle Resort & Casino may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, change or alter this promotion, as it deems necessary.

11. All references to times and dates reflect Mountain Standard Time.

12. These official rules and regulations govern the promotion and must be followed and by agreeing to participate in the promotion, all contestants agree to comply with, and be bound by these official rules and regulations.
