PROMOTION NAME: TASTES OF THE WORLD PROMOTION DATES: APRIL 1, 2019 TO MARCH 31, 2020 PRIZE DRAW DATE: MARCH 31, 2020 AT 10:00PM PRIZES: TRIP ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD (VALUED AT $5000)

CONTEST ELIGIBILITY, CHANCES OF WINNING, AND SKILL-TESTING QUESTION:

1. This promotion is sponsored by the Grey Eagle Resort and Casino, and is open to any Grey Eagle

Casino patron who is 18 years of age or older, except employees of the Grey Eagle Casino.

2. The chance of being selected in any draw is dependant on the number of eligible entries received for

the draw.

3. In the event a selected contestant does not meet the eligibility requirements, then the Grey Eagle

Casino has no obligation to award any prize to that selected contestant.

4. Winners must present government issued photo identification acceptable to the Grey Eagle Casino

and sign, before receiving the prize, a declaration and release, as well as answer a mathematical skill

testing question. All answers are final, and if incorrect, the selected contestant will not receive the

prize.

HOW TO ENTER

5. Beginning Monday April 1st, 2019 to Tuesday March 31st, 2020 eligible patrons can obtain a passport

from the Buffet & Restaurant on any Monday or Tuesday evening during the promotional period.

6. Patrons will receive one (1) stamp for every buffet dinner purchased on any Monday or Tuesday

evening during the promotional period.

7. When a patron has filled up their passport with ten (10) stamps, they can visit Guest Services to

obtain a free buffet valid for any dinner buffet on Monday or Tuesday during the promotional period,

along with an entry to win a free trip anywhere in the world valued at $5000.

8. Patrons will not receive a stamp on a new passport with use of their free buffet from Guest Services.

Stamps can only be collected with purchase of a buffet on any Monday or Tuesday night.

9. Once a contestant has completed his/her passport with ten (10) stamps, they will complete the

passport/ballot in full and deposit it into the corresponding draw drum at Guest Services. Patrons can

obtain a new passport from the Buffet & Restaurant cashier.

10. If a patron loses their passport, a new one will be issued to them, however all current stamps on the

lost passport will be void and not reissued.

11. Passports cannot be combined to make a full passport for entry.

12. Mail in request for a no purchase necessary one time ballot.

12.1.1. Eligible Rewards Club members can mail in a onetime request for a ballot during the

promotional period.

12.1.2. Rewards Club Membership is required to receive a onetime ballot. Rewards Club

Members are eligible to mail in one request per member per envelope.

12.1.3. There is no cost associated with becoming a Rewards Club Member and guests can sign

up free of charge at the Guest Services desk located in the casino lobby.

12.1.4. Rewards Club Members can print off the no purchase entry ballot form located on our

promotion page of our website at www.greyeagleresortandcasino.ca

12.1.5. They must fill out the form and mail it in to be entered into our grand prize draw.

12.1.7. Once the request has been received we will enter the patron one time into the grand prize

draw.

12.1.8. You can sign up to be a Rewards Club Member at the Guest Services desk in the main

lobby.

Grand Prize Draw:

13. Ballots obtained during the promotional period are eligible for the grand prize draw. The grand prize

draw will take place on Tuesday March 31st, 2020 @ 10:00PM at Guest Services

14. One primary ballot will be drawn from the draw drum containing the ballots. The primary ballot will

be used to determine the potential winner of the weekly prize. The potential winner does not need to

be present to claim the prize.

15. The grand prize will consist of a prize voucher in the amount of $5000 that can be used and applied to

a trip anywhere in the world.

16. If the winner is not present, attempts will be made by the Grey Eagle Casino to contact him/her (via

telephone and email listed on the ballot of the winner), for up to 5 consecutive business days after the

draw date to alert the potential winner so they can collect the prize won.

17. The grand prize draw winner will be required to present ID (acceptable to the Grey Eagle Casino),

complete a skill testing question and sign before receiving the prize, a declaration and release,

confirming contest eligibility, compliance with the contest rules and releasing the Grey Eagle

Casino/Sonco Gaming (Alberta) Ltd., and Sonco Gaming LP from any liability in connection with the

conduct of the contest and/or the awarding of the prizes.

18. Prizes are awarded as is, no prize substitutions will be made by the Grey Eagle Casino. A prize is

non-transferable.

GENERAL RULES:

19. All entries and/or ballots are the property of the Grey Eagle Casino. Entries and/or ballots which have

been obtained or made through fraudulent means or which are illegible, altered, reproduced,

mutilated, or irregular, are subject to disqualification. Grey Eagle Casino/Sonco Gaming (Alberta)

Ltd./Sonco Gaming LP will not be responsible for entries and/or ballots lost, destroyed, misdirected

or delayed for any reason whatsoever, or for any incorrect or inaccurate capture of information,

technical malfunctions, human or technical error.

20. All decisions of the judges with respect to this promotion are final.

21. No prize substitutions or equivalent cash payments will be made, except for Grey Eagle Casino’s

right, at its sole discretion, to make a prize substitution or cash payments of equivalent kind and

value. Except as specifically provided herein, a prize, if unclaimed, will not be awarded.

22. Participation in this promotion authorizes the Grey Eagle Casino the right to publish the claimant’s

name, address, and/or photograph without any claim for broadcasting, printing or other rights. The

claimant shall have no claim against the Grey Eagle Casino/Sonco Gaming (Alberta) Ltd.,/Sonco

Gaming LP for invasion of privacy, infringement of copyright or otherwise by reason of the

publication or broadcasting of the Claimant’s name, address and/or photograph.

23. Grey Eagle Casino reserves the right to verify the full legal name of the claimant with the information

on the selected ballot form or any other documentation. To claim the prize, a valid government-

issued photo identification (acceptable to the Grey Eagle Casino) is required.

24. The Grey Eagle Casino is not responsible for commencing, continuing or completing “Taste of the

World”, April 1st, 2019 – March 31st, 2020. The Grey Eagle Casino may, at its sole discretion and

without prior notice, change or alter this promotion, as it deems necessary.

25. All references to times and dates reflect Mountain Standard Time.

26. These Official Rules and Regulations govern the promotion and must be followed and by agreeing to

participate in the promotion, all contestants agree to comply with, and be bound by these Official

Rules and Regulations.
