1. Past incident data related to this procedure disclosed thatpilots on occasion have exceeded its 1,300 foot altituderestriction and have violated Class B airspace.

Changes and Summation (Part 2)

On April 05, 2012 – eliminate the restrictionwhich had aircraft turning right to heading 280at 800 feet (aircraft can now commence theturn prior to reaching 800 feet).

It is imperative we ensure strict compliancewith all of the components of the DaltonDeparture Procedure to maintain the highestlevel of safety within the complex airspacestructure between Teterboro and Newark.

Effective April 5, 2012, replace the current Dalton Departure ProcedureTerminal Area Graphic Notice in the NE Airport/Facility Directory (A/FD) with thefollowing entry:
