Abstract This research was carried out with the aim of studying the role of attachment style in connection between ethical and despotic leadership with psychological capital in Esfahan city. Research statically population were the employees of an organization with 350 persons in spring 1389.Among this statistical population, 194 persons for participating to research were selected using convenience sampling. questionnaires which were used in research including : attachment style with 14 item and four subscales named secure , ambivalent , fearful and dismissing attachment , ethical leadership with 20 item with two subscales :empowerment and motivating and motivating and guidance , despotic leadership question air (with 5 items)and psychological capital questionnaire with 19 items(and five subscales: agency , pathways, optimizing , pessimism and resiliency). Data which were gathered from coefficient and hierarchical regression analysis .Evidence from regression analysis revealed that in with dismissing attachment style and high secure ethical leadership with agency and pessimism respectively. Also in high dismissing and secure attachment, there are positive signify cant relationship between

motivator ethical leadership with pathway ability . Finally, the evidences from regression analysis showed that, in high fearful attachment, there is negative significant and in high fearful attachment, there are negative significant relations between despotic leadership with optimism respectively.
