DESCRIPCIONMAQUINALos generadores de laSerie S15W son de tipomonofase, sin escobillas,de elevada confiabilidade functionamiento y notienendo colectores ocontactos móviles, no re-quieren mantenimiento.Los generadores S15Westàn construidos enconformidad a las directi-vas 2006/42, 2006/95,2004/108 y sus modifi-cas, normas EN 60034-1, CEI 2-3, IEC 34-1,VDE 0530, BS 4999-5000, N.F. 51.111.Las tapas son fundidas apresiòn en una aleaciònde aluminio de alta resi-stencia, el eje en aceroC45 con ventilador aco-plado.El grado de proteccìones IP21 (a pedido es po-sible realizar un grado deproteccìon superior).Los aislamientos son declase H y los revestimien-tos están impregnadosde resina de epóxido tro-picalizado. La prodiccìonde serie satisface los re-quisitos esenciales deseguridad impuestos porla directiva europea so-bre la compatibilidadelectromagnética; la con-formidad con esta ultimaestà garantizada por laaplicaciòn de las normaseuropeas EN 61000-6-3,EN61000-6-1.

ACLARACIONLos generadores de laserie S15W responden alas directivas CEE2006/42, 2006/95,2004/108 y a sus respec-tivas modificaciones; porlo tanto no se presentanpeligros para el opera-dor, si instalados, usadosy mantenidos segùn lasinstruccionres dadas porla Mecc Alte y con la con-diciòn que los dispositi-vos de seguridad seanmantenidos en una con-dición de perfecta eficien-cia.

Por esta razòn es nece-sario adecuarse a la per-fecciòn a las instrucciò-nes indicadas en estemanual.

MASCHINENBESCHREIBUNGDie Generatoren der SerieS15W sind einphasingohne Bürsten, Sie habeneine sehr hohe Funk-tionszverlässikgkeit, Zu-dem brauchen sie nichtunterhalten zu werden, dasie keine Kollektoren oderReibungskontakte aufwei-sen. Die GeneratorenS15W sind in Uberinstim-mung mit den Bestimmun-gen 2006/42 sowie mit2006/95 und 2004/108und deren entsprechen-den Änderung, en undden Normen EN 60034-1,CEI 2-3, IEC 34-1, VDE0530, BS 4999-5000, N.F.51.111.Die Dedkel sind aus ei-nem sehr widerstand-sfähigen Aluminiumdruck-guß angefertigt, die Welleaus C45-Stahl mit aufge-zogenem Lüftterrad. DieSchutzklasse ist IP21 (aufAnfrage kann auch einehohere Schutzklasse rea-lisiert werden). Die Isolie-rung entspricht Klasse Hund die Wicklungen sindmit Tropen-Epoxidharzimprägniert. ACOPLAMIENTOMECANICOMontar la brida sobre el motorsujetàndola con sus tornillosM8 y aplicando un par detorque de 21±7% Nm (fig.1).

Fijar el cuerpo de la màquinaa la brida con los tornillos M6y aplicando un par de torquede 10±7% Nm (fig. 2).

Introducir el tirante central ensu lugar (fig. 3).

Isujete el tirante central apli-cando en la tuerca M8 un parde torque de 21±7% Nm; cer-rar el orificio de la tapa con eltapón respectivo (fig. 4).

IMPORTANZADELLA VELOCITA’La frequenza e la ten-sione dipendono diret-tamente dalla velocitàdi rotazione; è perciònecessario che siamantenuta il più possi-bile costante al suovalore nominale conqualsiasi carico. Il si-stema di regolazionedella velocità dei mo-tori di trascinamentopresenta in generaleuna leggera caduta divelocità tra vuoto e ca-rico; è perciò racco-mandabile regolare lavelocità a vuoto di un3÷4% superiore allavelocità nominale, peravere a pieno carico ilvalore nominale.

Nel caso in cui il gene-ratore non si autoecci-tasse, occorrerà riec-citarlo applicando, peralcuni istanti, ai capidel condensatore unatensione alternata dicirca 50÷230V.

AMecc alte garantiza la buenaconstruccion y calidad de losproprios productos por 24 me-ses desde la fecha de salidade sus fabricas o de sus filia-les.

BDurante disho periodo la MeccAlte se obliga a reparar o susti-tuir a su cargo, en su estableci-miento todas acquallas piezasque hubieran sido averiadas,sin hacerse cargo de otro tipode danos, directos o indirec-tos.

CLa decision acerca del recono-cimiento de garantia esta re-servada exclusivamente a laMecc Alte, previo examen delas partes averiadas que de-beran permanecer en puertofranco o en su propia sede deVicenza.DTodos los eventuales gastosde transporte, viaje, transferen-cia o mano de obra, para eldesmontaje y nuevo montaje,del alternador o elemento ac-cionante seran siempre acargo del usuario.

ELa garantia caduca si duranteel periodo descrito se produje-ran las siguientes anomalias:

1almacenaje en lugar inade-cuado;

2reparacion o modificacion porpersonal no autorizado porMecc Alte;

3utilizacion o condiciones demanuntencion que contraven-gan las normas establecidaspor Mecc Alte;

4sobrecarga o empleo en pre-staciones distintas de aquellaspara las que ha estado sumini-strado.

La garantia cesa igualmenteen el momento que el clientesea moroso de pago, cual-quiera que sea la razon.

DAlle eventuellen Kosten wieTransport, Fahrtkosten, Arbeit-slohn für De-und Montagegehen zu Lasten des Kunden.

4Überlast Gebrauch oder Mon-tage anders als wofür das Pro-dukt bestimmt ist.

Die Garantie erlischt auch,wenn aus welchen Grundenauch immer, der Kunde in Za-hlung überfällig ist.

3usage et manutentions nonconformes aux normes éta-blies par Mecc Alte;

4surcharges et emplois des fon-ctions différentes de cellespour lequel ils sont fournis.

Il est bien évident que la garan-tie ne s’applique que sur lematériel payé en totalité.

EThe warranty shall be void ifduring the above describedperiod the following anomaliesshould occur:1inadeguate storage;

2repair or modification byunauthorized personnel;

3use or maintenance conditionswhich do not conform whithnorms established by MeccAlte;

4overload or application otherthan what the product was me-ant for.

Warranty coverage also expi-res whenever the client, forwhatever reason, is late in pay-ment.

CLa decisione sul rico-noscimento o meno della ga-ranzia e’ riservata esclusiva-mente alla Mecc Alte previoesame delle parti avariate chedovranno pervenire in portofranco, alla sua sede di Vi-cenza.DTutte le eventuali spese diviaggio, trasferta, trasporto,mano d’opera per lo smontag-gio e rimontaggio dell’alterna-tore dall‘apparecchiatura azio-nante sono sempre a caricodell’utente.

ELa garanzia decade se du-rante il periodo predetto, i pro-dotti fossero:

1immagazzinati in luogo nonadatto;

2riparati o modificati da perso-nale non autorizzato dallaMecc Alte;

3usati o sottoposti a manuten-zione non in base alle normestabilite dalla Mecc Alte;

4sovraccaricati o impiegati inprestazioni diverse da quelleper le quali sono stati forniti.

La garanzia cessa comunquequalora il cliente fosse inadem-piente nei pagamenti per qua-lunque ragione.
