MASCHINENBESCHREIBUNGDie Generatoren der SerieTR2 haben Stromabne-hmer mit Compound Re-gulierung auf den drei Fa-sen, mit 2 polen.Die Generatoren TR2 sindin Uberinstimmung mitden Bestimmungen 98/37sowie mit 73/23 und89/336 und deren ent-sprechenden Änderung,en und den Normen EN60034-1, CEI 2-3, IEC 34-1, VDE 0530, BS 4999 -5000, N.F. 51.111, CAN/CSA - C22.2 N°100-95.

Die Dedkel sind aus ei-nem sehr widerstand-sfähigen Aluminiumdruck-guß angefertigt, die Welleaus C45-Stahl mit kom-pensator ring. Die Schutz-klasse ist IP23 (auf An-frage kann auch einehohere Schutzklasse rea-lisiert werden). Die Isolie-rung entspricht der KlasseH, und die Wicklungensind mit Epoxidharz im-prägniert.Die Serrienproduktion ent-spricht der BestimmungVDE0875, Grad “N” undden wesentlichen Sicher-heitsanforderungendereuropäischen Richtiliniehinsichtlich elektroma-gnetischer Kompatibilität;die Übereinstimmung mitdieser Richtlinie wirddurch die Anwerdung dereuropäischen NormenEN 50081-1 und EN50082-1 gewährleistet.Bei einschränkenderenVorschriften wie VDE0875, Grad “K”, MIL 461-462 D, usw, liefern wir aufAnfrage Filter.

VORWORTDie Generatoren ent-sprechen den EG-Be-stimmugen 98/37, 73/23,89/336 und deren ent-sprechenden Änderun-gen; aus diesem Grundestellen sie keinerlei Gefahrfür den Bediener dar, so-fern sie in Übereinstim-mung mit den von MeccAlte vorgeschriebenen, in-stalliert, verwendet undgewartet werden und un-ter der Bedingung, daß dieSchutzvorrichtungen stetsin einem voll funktionstü-chtigen Zustand gehaltenwerden.

Aus den oben gennantenGrunden ist es erforder-lich, sich streng an die indiesem Handbuch ange-gebenen Answeisungenzu halten.

Bei Lieferung des Genera-tors ist anhand des Liefer-scheens dieser auf Schä-den, bzw. auf fehlendeTeile hin zu überprüfen; indiesem Falle sind derSpediteur, die Versiche-rung, der Wiederverkäuferoder Mecc Alte umge-hend darüber zu informie-ren.

A la entraga del generador,controlar junto con la fac-tura que no exisistan de-fectos o piezas faltantes;en caso contrario informarimmediatamente la em-presa de transportes, lacompañia de seguros, elrevendedor o la Mecc Alte.

Les flasques sont en alu-minium coulé à haute resi-stance, l’arbre est en acierC45 avec rondelle de blo-quage.Le grade de protection estIP23 (sur demande, il estpossible de réaliser ungrade de protection supé-rieure).Les isolant sont de classeH, et les bobinages sontimpregnées à resinesepoxy.La production en série estconforme à la norme VDE0875 degré “N” et aux con-ditions essentielles requi-ses de sécurité imposéespar la directive euro-péenne sur la compatibilitéélectromagnétique; la con-formité à cette derniére estgarantie par l’applicationdes normes européenneEN 50081-1 et EN 50082-1. Toutefois, ils ne pré-sentent aucun danger pourl’utilisateur si l’installation,l’utilisation, les manuten-tions suivent les instruc-tions fournies par MeccAlte et à condition que lesdispositifs de protectionsoient tenus en parfait étatde marche.

Pour cette raison, il faut seconformer scrupuleuse-ment aux instructions indi-quées dans ce manuel.

A la livraison de l’alter-nateur, contrôler avec lebon de livraison qu’il n’y aaucun dommage ou depiéces manquantes; sic’est le cas, informer im-médiatement l’expéditeur,l’assureur, le revendeur ouMecc Alte.

MACHINEDESCRIPTIONThe alternators TR2 arebrushless with regulationcompound on three pha-ses, 2 pole.TR2 alternators are madein compliance with the98/37, 73/23, 89/336 di-rectives and their amend-ments, and the EN 60034-1, CEI 2-3, IEC 34-1, VDE0530, BS 4999-5000, N.F.51.111, CAN/CSA - C22.2N°100-95 regulations.

The end brackets are die-cast in high resistance allu-minum alloy, the shaft is inC45 steel and it has fixingring.The mechanical protectionlevel meets standard IP23(upon request higher le-vels of protection can besupplied).The insulation is class Hand the windings are im-pregnated with epoxy re-sins.The standard generatorscomply with the specifi-cation VDE 0875 degree“N” and with the basic sa-fety requirements of theEuropean regulation onelectromagnetic compati-bility; by applying the Euro-pean standards EN50081-1 and EN 50082-1we comply with the abovementioned regulation.On request we can supplyfiltres for more restrictivespecifications such asVDE 0875, degree “K”,MIL 461-462 D, etc..

INTRODUCTIONThe TR2 alternators com-ply with the EEC 98/37,73/23, 89/336 directivesand their amendments;therefore they pose nodanger to the operator ifthey are installed, usedand maintained accordingto the instructions given byMecc Alte and providedthe safety devices are keptin perfect working condi-tions.

Therefore a strict obser-vance of these instructionsis required.

When the alternator is deli-vered, check that unit con-forms with the deliverynote and ensure that thereare no damaged or defec-tive parts; should there beany, please inform theforwarding agent, the insu-rance company the selleror Mecc Alte immediately.

ACOPLAMIENTOMECANICOEn el caso de acoplamiento deun generador serie TR2 conforma constructiva B3/B9, sigalas instrucciones siguientes:

-) montar la tapa anterior encimadel motor sujetàndola con sustornillos y aplicando un par detorque de 48±7% Nm si utilizatornillos M10, o de 21 ±7% Nm siutiliza tornillos M8 (fig. 1).

-) sujete el alternador en la tapafijando las cuatros tuercas M8 enlos tirantes, aplicando un par detorque de 16 ±7% Nm (fig. 2).

-) introducir el tirante central ensu lugar (fig. 3).

MECHANISCHERANSCHLUßBei Anschluß einses Generatorsder Serie TR2 mit BauformB3/B9 müssen die folgendenAnsweisungen befolgt werden:

-) die mittlere Zungstange blo-ckieren und hierfür ein Anzug-smoment von 21 ± 7% Nm aufdie Schraubmutter aufbringen;die seitlichen Schutznetze sowiedas hintere Abschlußrost wiederaufsetzen und hierfür ein Anzug-smoment von 3,5 ±7% Nm aufdie Schrauben M5 aufbringen(Abb. 4).

ACCOUPLEMENTMECANIQUEEn cas de montage d’un généra-teur série TR2 ayant la formeconstructive B3 / B9, suivre lesinstructions suivantes :

-) monter le couvercle avant surle moteur en la fixant avec les visprévues à cet effet et en appli-quant un couple de serrage de48±7% Nm si on utilise des visM10 ou de 21±7 % Nm en casde vis M8 (fig. 1).

-) bloquer l’alternateur sur le cou-vercle en fixant les quatresécrous M8 sur les tirants, en ap-pliquant un couple de serrage de16 ±7% Nm (fig. 2).

-) enfiler le tirant central dans sonlogement (fig. 3).

-) bloquer le tirant central en appi-quant à l’écrou M8 un couple deserrage de 21 ± 7% Nm; remon-ter les grilles de protection latera-les et la grille de fermature arriéreen appliquat aux vis M5 un cou-ple desserrage de 3,5 ±7% Nm(figure 4).

IMPORTANCIA DELA VELOCIDADLa frecuencia y la tensiondependen de la velocidadde rotacion. Esta debe sermantanida lo mas constanteposible en su valor nominalsea cual sea. Generalmenteel sistema de regulacion delos motore termicos es talque exsiste una diferenciade velocidad entre vacio ycarga. Recomendamos re-gular la velocidad sin cargaa un 3÷4 % por encima de lavelocidad nominal, por ha-cer a pieno carga la veloci-dad.

ADJUSTE DE LATENSION SIN CARGAPara ello es necessario mo-dificar el entrehierro del tran-sormador (aumentándolo,aumenta la tensión). Con-sejos útiles: para disminuir eldesvio o pérdida de tensionentre vacio y con carga in-dependientemente del cosfiy de la desviación de la velo-cidad del motor, se acon-seja poner primeramente lamáquina en carga, luegoajustar la velocidad del mo-tor para obtener la tensióndeseada, después cortar lacarga y ajustar el entrehierropara obtener la tensión envacio.

Caso el generador no seautoexcitase, se debe exci-tarlo, aplicando por algunosinstantes, a la salida delpuente enderezador, unatensión contínua de 10÷50Vdc, teniendo el cuidado derespetar las polaridades(rojo+, verde- ).

VERIFICACIONES DELOS DIODOSUtilisar un ohmniometropara comprobar individuale-mente cada diodo. Los dio-dos son conductores de cor-riente en un solo sentido.Esto puede hacerse utili-zando una pila o bien unabateria y una lampara. Lalampara se ilumina en unsolo sentido como indica elesquema.

DIODEUEBERPRUE-FUNGMit einem Ohmeter jede ein-zige Diode kontrollieren, dieStetigkeit in einer eizigen Ri-chtung zeigen wird, Entwe-der mit einer Batterie odermit einer kleinen Lampe,beim Umkehren der Batte-riepolaritaet, muss diekleine Lampe sich in einereinzigen Richtung entzuen-den, wie abgebildet.

IMPORTANCE DELA VITESSELa fréquence et la tensiondépendent de la vitesse derotation. Celle-ci doit êtremaintenue la plus constantepossible, quelle que soit lacharge. Géneralment le sy-stéme de régulation desmoteurs thermiques est telqu’il y a une différence devitesse entre vide et charge.Nous recommandons de ré-gler la vitesse à vide à 3 ou4 % dessus de la vitessenominale, pour avoir àpleine charge la vitesse no-minale.

REGLAGE DE LATENSION A VIDEPour régler la tension à videil est nécessaire de modifierl’entrefer du transformateur(en l’augmentant, la tensionaugmente).Conseils utilies: pour dimi-nuer l’écart de tension entrevide et charge indépendam-ment du cosphi et de l’écartde vitesse du moteur il estconseillé de mettre d’abordla machine en charge, puisde régler la vitesse du mo-teur pour obtenir la tensiondésirée. Ensuite couper lacharge et régler l’entreferpour obtenir la tension àvide.

Au cas où le générateur nes’exciterait pas automati-quement, il faudrait le réexci-ter en appliquant pendantquelques instants une ten-sion continue de 10÷50 Vcdà la sortie du pont redres-seur, en ayant soin de re-specter la polarité (rouge +,verte -).VERIFICATION DESDIODESUtiliser un ohmmetre pourtester individuellement cha-que diode. Les diodes sontconductrices du courantdans un seul sens. Ce testpeut être fait en utilisant unebatterie et une lampe. Lalampe s’allume dans un seulsens comme indiqué sur laschema.

REGULATINGNO-LOAD VOLTAGEAdjust the transformer airgap to regulate no-load vol-tage, (increase the gap toincrease voltage).Recommendations: to re-duce the difference betweenloaded and no-load voltageindependently of power fac-tor and RPM differences,first load the machine, adjustspeed until you obtain thedesired voltage , remove theload, and regulate voltageby adjusting the air gap.

If the generator is not able toreach a self-excitement con-dition, it is necessary to re-excite it. Apply a direct vol-tage of 10÷50 Vdc at theoutlet of the rectifying bridge.Make sure that the polarities(+red, -green) are correct.

CHECKING THEDIODESUse an ohmmetre to checkeach diode. Diodes mustshow continuity in one direc-tion only. This check canalso be done using a batteryand a light bulb; this onemust turn on only in onedirection as shown in thefigure .

IMPORTANZA DELLAVELOCITA’La frequenza e la tensionedipendono direttamente dal-la velocità di rotazione; èperciò necessario che siamantenuta il più possibilecostante al suo valore nomi-nale con qualsiasi carico. Ilsistema di regolazione dellavelocità dei motori di trasci-namento presenta in gene-rale una leggera caduta divelocità tra vuoto e carico; èperciò raccomandabile re-golare la velocità a vuoto diun 3÷4% superiore alla velo-cità nominale.

REGOLAZIONE DELLATENSIONE A VUOTOPer regolare la tensione avuoto si deve agire sull’intra-ferro del trasformatore(aumentando l’intraferro latensione aumenta).Consigli utili: per un minorescarto di tensione tra vuoto ecarico indipendentementedal cosfi e dallo scarto di giridel motore primo, bisognamettere la macchina a ca-rico, regolare la velocità finoad ottenere la tensione vo-luta, disinserire il carico eregolare la tensione agendosull’intraferro.

Nel caso in cui il generatorenon si autoeccitasse, occor-rerà rieccitarlo applicandoper alcuni istanti all’uscita delponte raddrizzante una ten-sione continua di 10÷50 Vdcavendo cura di rispettare lepolarità (rosso +, verde -).

VERIFICA DEI DIODICon un ohmmetro control-lare ogni singolo diodo chedovrà indicare continuità inun solo senso; oppure conuna pila e una lampadina,invertendo la polarità dellapila, la lampadina si deveaccendere in un solo sensocome da figura.
