Kesimpulan

• Data yang valid sangat penting untuk membuktikan apa yang kita sampaikan.

• Komunikasi yang baik dan sopan sangat diperlukan untuk mencegahterjadinya kesalahpahaman.

• Ada 2 hal dalam mengkomunikasikan pelanggaran dari pekerja:

-Cara Lembut : Ditegur & diberi arahan

-Cara Keras : Peringatan 1,2,3• Pertimbangkan cost saat membuat program kerja

• Pendekatan dengan pekerja sangat penting untuk merubah pekerja menjadiBehaviour based Safety

• Buat solusi dari setiap permasalahan.

• Buat Daftar Emergency Contact Number 

• Tidak semua apa yang kita rancanakan sesuai dengan apa yang kita inginkan.• Laporan sangat penting untuk mengevaluasi kinerja K3

• Poster, sign, spanduk mengingatkan kembali kepada kita semua bahwa banyak  bahaya disekitar kita
