MS/HS Mathletes competed for ribbons last Saturday at San Antonio Middle School at 9:00 AM and they did extremely well. Math Court Results

On Wednesday Oct 15 all 9, 10, and 11 graders will be

taking the PSAT @SIS. The test will b e g i n a t 8 : 0 0 A M a n d e n d approximately 12:00. Once the PSAT is over, classes will resume. Seniors will have this day off. Please be sure to have your child at school by 7:35 AM so the test can start on time.

Parent/Teacher Conferences on Oct 14We encourage all parents to attend the Parent-Teacher conferences! Report cards will be given to you at the conference or emailed to you on Wednesday, October 15. Elementary School (K5-5th Grade): Each grade level teacher will arrange an appointment time for you. Letters will be sent home for you to make an appointment with your teachers.

6th to 12th Grade We have developed a signup sheet that is on the web, so you can sign up for conferences with the teachers from grades 6-12 electronically. The process is simple, and the instructions have been sent to you by email as well as put on the SIS Facebook group.

End of 1st Quarter/Message from the Headmaster

Students are on holiday from October 9 to October 14; our lucky seniors will be off an extra day and return to school on October 16 due to the PSAT test. During the break, please rest. Learning is hard work and it requires down time for reflection. During the break, enjoy your time off and review what you done in the first quarter. Think about your successes and failures. Much learning can come from both, if time is spent considering the outcomes of your actions. I wish you all a relaxing holiday!
