MONTHLY GROWTH PROGRAMME

This programme is designed to reward Platinum ABOs on track for Sapphire and above qualification. The criteria offer ABOs an opportunity to increase their rewards when helping more people achieve success. The more legs qualified, the greater the reward.

Who qualifies for this programme?• This reward applies to ABOs who are on track to qualify for the first time at the Sapphire and above level, since joining the business. • All re-qualified Emerald and above.

Please note: The programme will exclude re-qualified Sapphires who achieve two qualified legs and 4000 Personal Group Volume (PGV) as this is a growth-based programme. All legs must be in-country qualified legs, i.e. legs in southern Africa.

HOW DOES THE PROGRAMME WORK?The rewards will vary depending on the number of qualified legs. The qualifying criteria are as follows:

• ABOs who qualify with a minimum of two qualified legs and who have 4000 PGV in the same month. All legs must be qualified in-country, i.e. legs in southern Africa. This reward applies to first-time Sapphire qualifiers only and will not include Sapphire and above re-qualification.• ABOs who qualify with a minimum of three qualified legs up to a maximum of five qualified legs and who have 2400 PGV. All legs must be qualified in-country, i.e. legs in southern Africa.• ABOs who qualify with six or more legs and who have 2400 PGV. All legs must be qualified in-country, i.e. legs in southern Africa.

ABOs requalifying at Emerald or higher level are required to have a minimum of 2400 PGV (personal group volume) generated from legs outside of those qualified during the previous two qualification periods, i.e. 1 September 2010 to 31 August 2011 and 1 September 2011 to 31 August 2012.

For example: If an ABO had three qualified legs during the qualification period 1 September 2010 to 31 August 2011 and another two newly qualified legs during the qualification period 1 September 2011 to 31 August 2012, the ABO must ensure that he/she has an additional 2400 PGV outside of the five qualified legs.

ABOs will only qualify for the reward each time the criteria of a minimum three qualified legs and 2400 PGV have been met............ 5

HOW WILL THE PAYMENT WORK?The table below illustrates the reward based on the criteria.

*New Emerald and above qualifiers are exempt from the 2400 PGV requirement

The 2400 PGV requirement can be earned cumulatively and the reward will only be paid once the ABO has three or more legs qualified; as well as 2400 cumulative PGV generated outside of the base legs from the previous two qualification periods.

The scenarios below explain how this programme works:

• X denotes a qualified month.• The colours denote how the programme and payment will be tracked by matching criteria of qualified legs and required outside volume.• Cumulative PGV applies only to GROUP 2 and GROUP 3 qualifiers.

Scenario 1Qualifying ABOs will receive an amount of R2 300 per leg when the two qualified legs and 4000 PGV have been achieved.

Please note: The scenario below will only apply to ABOs who are qualifying at Sapphire

level for the first time since joining the business.

The above scenario illustrates that the ABO had two qualified legs and 4000 PGV in the months of September, October, November, January, March, June, July and August. The ABO receives a reward of R2 300 per leg in each of these months with the monthly reward being R4 600.

Mauritius received the ‘World Leading Island Destination’ award for the third time; as well as the ‘World’s Best Beach’ at the World Travel Awards in January 2012. Mauritius also boasts one of the highest rates of returning tourist in the world.

These great tourism assets are backed up by well-designed, luxurious hotels and recreational activities, of which water sport is the most popular. The island is surrounded with coral reef, providing relatively shallow and calm water in which water activities such as deep-sea fishing, surfing, windsurfing, water-skiing, yachting and submarine rides thrive. Land-based leisure activities include golf, tennis, skiing, sky diving, deer hunting, quad bike riding, mountain biking, abseiling, zip lining, horse riding and trekking.

A visit to Mauritius is an unforgettable experience - white beaches, sea, a warm climate and the hospitality and friendliness of the Mauritians.
