SupportSpace is the Software as a Service virtual tech support marketplace. Agents selected by end users remotely optimize, detect and repair a variety of PC, iPod, digital camera or network issues.

@Sales & Marketing facilitated this relationship with Best Buy’s GeekSquad where SupportSpace powers all online inquiries.

@Sales & Marketing brought Trend Micro and SupportSpace together as this leading software publisher wanted to extend additional services to its customers via virtual agents.

@Sales & Marketing secured reciprocal affiliate marketing agreements with its client GamerSaloon and video game rental service Gamerang.

Both companies made access to their respective services available on the other’s site and Gamerang also distributed in-box cross merchandising offers to its renters in North America.

Combining Yamaha’s reach to musical instrument owners and a Free trial to Classical Archives helped pull this offer together and increase subscriptions.

In 2007, we established US-based affiliate programs for PopFax, an online fax service, and served as the original Country Managers for North America. We identified, negotiated and contracted back office service suppliers from among RBOCs, ISPs and CLECs to establish the infrastructure needed to launch the service domestically.

Even before there was a white label partner program to demonstrate to potential web partners seeking a game store of their own, @Sales & Marketing captured contracts for IP from leading publishers across a variety of genres in support of GameStreamer.

@Sales & Marketing provides copywriting, direct mail, newsletter and public relations services. In mid 2010, N3V Games headed to E3 with new titles across multiple formats.

We quickly crafted timely copy and distributed the release to nearly 1400 entertainment editors garnering significant pre-show exposure for the client.
