One Solution for all Subscribers• The ACCSSA System facilitates both Multi-Branch and ‘Stand-Alone’
Subscribers• Multi-Branch Subscribers have the option of selecting whom to bill:
– The Main Subscriber– Each individual Branch– Or a combination of the two

What makes ACCSSA legal? ACCSSA is registered under the NCA as a Credit Bureau, which allows us to
accumulate, hold and report on Defaulter’s credit information Subscribers agree to a stringent Disclaimer and ‘Terms and Conditions’ ACCSSA merely hosts the service. All Defaulters are captured by the
Subscribers Subscribers are all within the Hospitality and Car Rental Industries, and
information will not be made available to external parties Customers are informed up front that they will be captured onto the system
if they default (posters, A-cards downloaded from website) ACCSSA is supported by BAC (Business Against Crime) and endorsed by

1. Select “Scan for Defaulters” in the treeview
2. Capture the Customer
data.
Do the search either on
Customers IDOr Credit Card,

3. Click “Scan Now”

this case the Customer is not on the ACCSSA Defaulter Database

5. Should the Customer default, select “Red Flag a Defaulter” in the
treeview
6. Enter the Customers name. Here I used the %
‘Wild Card’
7. Click “Apply Filter” to search
for the Customer
8. A table of possible ‘hits’ is
displayed

9. Click “Detail” on the relevant Customer to
display the original ‘search’ data
10. Ensure that you have selected the correct
Customer. Proceed to capture any outstanding
Customer info
11. Select the “Alleged Nature of Default” from the
dropdown list
12. Select the “Default Currency” from the dropdown
list
13. Capture the value of the default.
14. Capture any additional
information, including the Police Case
number, if applicable. 15. Select the
“Defaulter Status” from the dropdown
list.
16. Do you want to notify the Defaulter that they have been captured on the ACCSSA Defaulter
Database?
17. Do you want to notify the Main
Subscriber that this Defaulter has been
captured on the ACCSSA Defaulter Database?
18. Click “Update”. This Customer is now added to
the ACCSSA Defaulter Database, and is
immediately shared with all ACCSSA Subscribers

the revised Default Status
