We all know an exceptional woman…she is someone with whom we work, who belongs to our club, or church, or sits next to us in class. She uses her talents to benefit her community and enhance her chosen passion or profession. You know this woman should be recognized for all she does, as a woman of achievement and a role model. So…are you ready to help make it happen? Please consider those women in Saline County you know who have demonstrated leadership or exceptional talent and have obtained a significant level of achievement within a career, educational or volunteer path.

Salina Girl Scouts of Kansas Heartland is proud to announce the 2011 Women of Achievement recognition banquet. Twelve women in twelve categories will be honored, while all nominees will be recognized at a special dinner and event at the Salina Country Club on Thursday, April 7. Keynote speaker will be Joan Wagnon, former mayor of Topeka, KS and former Secretary of Revenue for the state of Kansas. We hope you can plan to join us on April 7!
