Question 1: Mr. Ahmad Muzri, one of the successful Entrepreneur of in Pasir Puteh. Sir, how you feel?Answer: Not exactly a successful entrepreneur but yes from my business undertakings, I have achieve something to fulfill my dreams. Something achieves but need some more to achieve.Question 2: When did you get the idea to do business in this particular field?Answer: From my child hood I had a dream to become a successful business man. My friend used to do small business in our native place, do not know why and how I involved too into my friends business. Then after I used to think about my own business firm. Thats how I get an idea to start my own business.Question 3: Initial stage of your life?Answer: I am belonging to a middle class family, where parents used to force to get a good education, so that I can able to get a good job and support my family financially.Question 4: Why keropok losong and lekor?Answer: When I returned to my hometown, because my father is sick and died. So I have to give ground, then I joined a club entrepreneurship. I absorbed myself in a reputed company. But I cannot deal with this environment. So I resigned from work and started thinking about my own business. During this time completely crackers are not so popular. But my foresight future prospects ample opportunity to conduct business related to food. So I do not look back. I set up my own business in Pasir Puteh, in 2012.

Question 5: What processes you used to do business?Answer: I have gone through the various processes involved in entrepreneurship programs and disclosed in ways to overcome problems in business.

Question 6: What is your speciality about your business?Answer: We believe in customer satisfaction. Where we believe in 100% customer satisfaction.Question 7: In 2012, do you have any close competitor against your business?Answer: Keropok are Losong First retailer in Kuala Besut. There are a few shops around Pasir Puteh.Question 8: When starting a new business, entrepreneurs always have to face some difficulties at an early stage. Do you face difficulties? If yes, how do you solve this problem?

Answer: At the beginning I faced some problems to start my own business. First, the issue of money or we can say finance. I took a loan from the Government. Installment payment scheme. Then the problem arises, in which we conduct our business. Then we face difficulties in obtaining supplies of raw fish.

Question 9: Employment generation is one of the important functions of Entrepreneurship. Sir, how many of your employees for your business?

Answer: I have no wage worker and I only work with the family.

Question 10: Do you have the full support of your family?

Answer: Of course, my mother and my siblings supported me a lot.

Question 11: Motivator is the most important factor in an Entrepreneurship. Which induces or encourages you to do business?

Answer: My friends are the most important. Then after that, my mother and my siblings and now my wife gave me full support to do business.

Question 12: We would like to ask what principles you follow into your life and into your business?

Answer: I believe in love. My business and their family members are my employees. My principle in my life is full dedication and trust to my employees. I want to give 100% of me so that I can reach heights of success.

Question 13: What is your message to the new generation, who wants to be an entrepreneur?

Answer: I want to say to them, that is, use it correctly your knowledge, skill and give 100% then you'll get success. Ill try to think big and give shape to your innovative ideas.

FINDINGS AND CONLUSION

In childhood, when he read in 8th grade he has a dream to become a rich man. His brother is a businessman, so from when he first heard about business and entrepreneurship, he wants to be an entrepreneur.

Experience, capital, and other Dedication He has enough knowledge to start your own business and become an entrepreneur. But it has some lack of money, so he needs to borrow. He took money from her brother and sister, but it was not enough parts at an early stage businesses. That time the government had provided the loan, he again took the loan scheme under paid. He set up his own business called Keropok Losong and Lekor. Now in the context of today it is one of the entrepreneurs in Pasir Puteh. He marched in the North-east. He proved his business in Pasir Puteh, Kelantan. Now he is getting into the business of construction works and construction works have been operating in Pasir Puteh, Kelantan.
