Daily DressYou will be assigned a tunica to wear

Monday through Wednesday of MiniWeek. At the end of each day, please hang it up in the assigned area. Additionally, you will need to wear the following items:

• Sandals (put these on after you arrive)• White T-shirt or long sleeve T-shirt – Please turn yours inside out if it has any color on it.• Comfortable pants or shorts

Pater

•Lead your gen in a responsible Roman manner•Help to keep it organized and attentive•Be a productive member of the Senate

Mater

•Assist the pater •Keep a record of the denarii earned by your gen •Organize the gen activities

Filius/FiliaMajor: •Serve as a role model within your gen •Remember that someday you might becomes its leader•Obey parents

Minor:•Help everyone see the fun in life; some adults, such as your mater and pater, take life very seriously and forget to have fun•Obey parents

Bulla•Bullas were a neckchain and pouch containing protective amulets.•Roman boys wore the bulla before the age of manhood. •It was given to them very early in life.•The bulla of an upper- class boy would be made of gold.

When in Rome Bullas•Our first activity for our Miniweek will be to create

our own bullas.•Try to show your own personality and style in the

bulla you create for yourself.
