g) Association conducting CET/ CAP should communicate to Samiti's ofice vacancy details immediately after the last round is over but within 7 days.

h) The Competent Authority of the Association and / or Representatives of Director, Medical Education and Research, Maharashtra State will be Grievance Redressal Authority who will take care of all complaints of students/parents during C n - examinations and admission process. Association should further ensure appointment of appellate authority to hear and decide and dispose of grievances against the decisions of said competent authority.

i) All admissions to be done on the basis of CET conducted by the Association with the requisite mark.

j) Association/Colleges are directed to display detai Is of their infrastructure available on their website.

k) Association should submit detailed information in respect of appointments of moderators/examiners their names qualifications, etc to Samiti immediately.

I) Samiti f~~t-ther directs the Association to srlbmit the followinq information to o f i c ~ from time to time without fail:-

i) No. of students appeared

ii) IVo. of students qualified in the Exam.

iii) 110. of participating Colleges with subjects and their sanctioned intake capacity.

iv) Course/Subject/category wise seat matrix of each round, before and after rounds.

v) List of selected candidates after each round.

vi) Details of complaints received during the process and details of action taken by Competent Authority and the Appliate Authority.

m) Annexure A & B : It should be ensured that the Colleges/Subjects incorporated in the lists are having all permissions, affiliations of their respective Councils, Central Government, Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik and Government of Maharashtra Students to be allotted to these colleges only.

Where seats are likely to be increased, Association/College/Institute to publish the details before hand in Local as well as State Level News papers, notice boards and websites of association and/or respective College also and invite/call the fresh preferences / choices from the candidates for such seats.

o) Rule 18 : Refund of Fees : The Association/Colleges/Institutes are directed to follow following in the matter of refund of fees and incorporate the same clause as follows:

lit" hnuary 2014 "If a candidate cancels his/her adn-~ission before the cut-off-date, then College/Institute has deduct only Rs. 1,000/- as administrative charges and balance amount of fees paid by a student be refunded within two days, otherwise the same amount to profiteering and charging of capitation fees. The Samiti further directs that the College/Institute should also return the original documents / certificates collected from the students within two days.

i) I f a candidate expires within three months from the date of admission full refund shall be made after deducting Rs. 1,000/- as administrative charges.

ii) After cut-off-date except as in (ii) above no refund shall be made.

Samiti further directs, to incorporate following changes in final Rules and Information Brochure of Cfl-2014 as suggested by Expert Committee i.e. Directorate of Medical Education and Research, Mumbai Maharashtra State, as follows:-

1) 1he Schedule date of examination and for admissions process are as prescribed by Medical Council of India, New and Dental Council of India, IVew Delhi

2) The rule of eligibility (No.-4) preparation of result and merit list (No. - 9) and selection process (No. - 13 & 15) are at par with the rule of PGM -Cn-2014/PGD- Cfl-2014 to be conducted by Directorate of Medical Education and Research, Ma harashtra State.

Samiti, subject to the incorporation of the aforesaid changes/conditions, grants its approval to the draft brochure of APGM/APGDC-Cfl-2014 of Association of Management of Unaided Private Medical and Dental Colleges of Maharashtra for admissions to Post Graduate Medical and Dental courses for Academic Year 2014-15..

Item No. 3(b): Letter dated 3oth December 2013 received from Institute of Medical Sciences and Research, Satara requestina to waive the penaltv for submission of admission details throuqh online for the Academic Year 2013-14.

Samiti perused the contents. College has requested to waive the penalty for failure to submit admission details online.

Samiti observes that the said College/Institute has already submitted the hard copy of admission details on Bth October 2013 in the office of Samiti.

Samiti perused the letter dated 3rd January 2014 received from St. Andrews College of Nursing, Pune requesting to allow its enlisting with Government CET for admissions to first year B.Sc. and P.B.Sc. Nursing courses for the Academic Year 2014-15.

After deliberations, Samiti grants its permission to aforesaid Colleges/Institutes to join State CET and to follow CET rules as per Government policy, subject to final approval/affiliation/permissions from respective Authorities.

Nursing course for the Academic Year 2012-13.

Payal Ashok and Ms. Mosses Sinu on the basis of MH-PGN-CE-T-2012 for M.Sc. Nursing course for the Academic Year 2012-13, subject to fulfillment of eligibility criteria laid down by the respective councils and lvlaharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik.

Samiti perused the letter dated 3rd September 2013 received from Siddhkala Ayuwed Mahavidyalaya, Ahmednagar in respect of corr~plaint of Sharad Patil regarding refund of fees

After deliberations, Samiti decides to forward the said letter to complainant viz. Mr. Sharad Patil. Student to respond thereupon. After receipt of the same it be placed before Samiti for its consideration. Office to inform accordingly.

Next meeting of Pravesh Niyantran Samiti (Medical Education) will be held on Friday, the 7th March, 2014 at 03:30 p.m. in the Conference Hall, Office of the Regional Centre of Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Mumbai - 400 001.
