Eric Comer’s expertise in investment properties encompasses numerous essential activities including contacting investors for the sale or exchange of real estate, arranging financing, conducting financial analyses and feasibility analyses for rehabilitation and/or entitlement for condominium development. He adds value for his clients by maximizing the operations of their buildings or entitling buildings for condominium sales, irrespective of whether they are planning to buy or sell.

Mr. Comer’s comprehensive industry experience began in 1987 working with Hanes Company & Levenson and Associates in Inland Empire. After completing his MBA, he was recruited to build the private client division for multifamily at CBRE and later partnered with Jim Neil. ERIC COMER

Senior Vice President

Jim Neil specializes in helping owners add value by navigating the land entitlement process on their behalf. His relationships with city staff and government officials, as well as engineers, architects, and consultants ensures that projects are given efficient and thoughtful consideration.

Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Mr. Neil worked at CBRE. Before that he was the CFO for Southwest Affordable Housing where he was responsible for the acquisition, financing, and operations of conventional and low-income multifamily properties in San Diego and San Bernardino Counties. Mr. Neil also served as CFO for 21st Century Oil, Inc. where he was responsible for planning and negotiating the acquisition/financing of gas stations and convenience stores throughout the region.JIM NEIL

Senior Vice President

Merrick Matricardi focuses on representing both buyers and sellers. He adds value for his clients by analyzing the real estate and devising a specific marketing plan to generate multiple competitive offers, thus driving the highest potential sales price.

Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Mr. Matricardi worked at CBRE for 12 years. Before that he spent time in the commercial real estate finance industry as an account executive providing financing as a direct lender for commercial office, industrial, retail, and multifamily properties. Mr. Matricardi also served as a Property Acquisitions Administrator from 2001 to 2004 and was responsible for finding, underwriting, and negotiating the acquisition of commercial properties in Southern California.MERRICK MATRICARDI

Shira Bicknell is responsible for the production and implementation of all marketing programs for the team. She is also responsible for overseeing the team’s investor database and providing support to the point of contact for each client.

In addition, Shira has considerable experience with land entitlements and project processing. She is responsible for working with apartment owners to process entitlements and necessary approvals in order to maximize the value of their properties. Client Services Coordinator

Salma Rawi provides a vast array of services including production of dynamic presentation and marketing materials, strategic property marketing plans, team business development, brand management, advertising, and print production. She works side by side with Shira Bicknell to implement all marketing programs specifically catered to each client. Additionally, she conducts and oversees the distribution of all marketing collateral to its respective channels.

Prior to joining the team, Salma worked for an office leasing team where she served in a similar role and led all marketing campaigns, business development, and operations for her team.
