As Im sure youre all aware, economics in this country have been on the down slide for some

time.

I am a 46yr inhabitant of the Vancouver/Portland area.

Portland, O is one of !" sanctuary cities with in the #$A.

In my observations throu%h &hone callin% and 'uestion as(in%, every town in Ore%on, that I

have communicated with, indicated it is there &olicy to not ta(e action towards a &ersons

immi%ration status.

It is my conclusion, since every &hone called town in Ore%on demonstrates this behavior, the

entire state of Ore%on is a sanctuary state. #&on this conclusion I decided to call to other states

and in'uire about there &olicies. )ashin%ton follows the Ore%on &recedence, as do many

others. )ith clarity *his &recedence has been constructed and im&lemented at the national

level. I believe +arlos eliu is one of the secret masters behind this contract.

It is 'uite clear there is a secret -eican/atin invasion ta(e over bein% conducted, silently without %uns. *hese invaders are layin% sie%e to our wor( force and consumin% our social service

benefits. *hey are overloadin% the infrastructure and de&letin% the accounts. *hey have

undermined and wea(ened our national wor( force, by committin% fraud undercuttin% 0ob

values. -ost of the -eican and atinos who under cut &rices, are able to do so because they

are all involved in traffic(in% mari0uana or serious &roblem dru%s li(e metham&hetamine. *he

&rofit %enerated from the dru% traffic, is the off set for the &rice undercut.

*o ma(e matters worse, our mayor allowed and funded the o&enin% of an 1I23A AII2

)O5 +2*21 In the middle of downtown Portland. *hese two conditions have created a

construction, industry wide devaluation. *hose of us closest to the source are the most

disadvanta%ed.

*his devaluation is a direct disenfranchisement to all of us, who in %ood faith, entered into

cor&orate and license contracts. )hen we entered into these contracts, we e&ected that for

our will full com&liance and tariffs, and entry into sub0u%ation, we would be benefactors, but

have instead become victims. It is my o&inion that the master cor&oration who resides on the

land, has not delivered any benefit or &rotection to us, there for, are in contractual default. and

the re%ulators, with out &ro&er re&resentation, a&&ly our re%istration fee monies to fund

le%islation, that creates more un0ustified statutory restrictions and use limitations, based on

incom&etent bo%us or fraudulent &remise.

this condition has created a disadvanta%e, hardshi& and a disenfranchisement1 of allresidential construction contractors. I intend to ta(e these &olicies and there su&&orters to tas(

with class action. *hey owe it to us to fi this &roblem and restore the values of our industry or

retrain us and com&ensate us for our in0ury and losses, and restore and return our stolen e'uity.

involved in a misdemeanor traffic stop is an illegal alien or are they let go with no call to %1BF

Statements and actions by public official can indicate a community!s unwritten policy. 8id a mayor of a town hire

illegal alien day laborers for a city projectF 8oes a mayor, city administrator, or other city official complain to thepress that illegal aliens were arrested by %1BF These statements and actions are indicators that an informal
