Bluefin SolutionsBluefin Solutions is a global independent consultancy and an SAP partner. We work with organizations such as Barclays, Catlin, Chaucer, and Nationwide to challenge traditional thinking and bring new ideas to life. Every day, a Bluefin team is listening, advising, and helping create value for organizations across the world. Headquartered in the United Kingdom, we have offices in Malaysia, Singapore, and the United States.

Bluefin uses a 3i-approach. From a nugget of fresh insight, an idea is born that creates innovation measured in business terms.

• Insights: Bringing in-depth sector experience and new points of view. We have built our expertise inside the spheres where our clients operate. We can show you which technologies and business models your competitors are adopting and can introduce insights from other sectors to spark novel ways of looking at things.

• Ideas: Bluefin ideas are cocreated with you. They stem from working within your teams, staying responsive to your needs, and understanding your goals. They may be aimed at helping you overcome a specific business challenge or move into a new market. Or they may even center on creating new business models.

• Innovations: Turning ideas into reality requires innovation – new ways of working supported by new technology. Bluefin is not tied to a type or brand of technology. We’ll only recommend something if it fits the strategy, whether it’s a more cost-effective way of working or a surer way to reach your customers. The focus must be business impact.
