2. Finish the Classes You Started.

= 67 Percent Credit Completion Rate

Total completed / attempted credits for a semester

Must equal or exceed 67 percent

3. Graduate on Time.

= 150 Percent Time Frame

Credits attempted / credits required for program

Must be less than 150 percent

and are eligible for aid. Keep up the good work!

TAKE ACTION.

Maintain GPA and good study habits.

Before you drop a class, check with

Financial Aid Office.

Continue progressing toward your goal.

! UNSATISFACTORY You haven’t met one or more

requirements for one term, You are no longer eligible for aid. You may

appeal to reinstate aid.

form and include a typed letter,

documentation and your unofficial

transcript.

You haven’t met one or more requirements for one term, You

are no longer eligible for aid. You must pay out of pocket for one semester.

TAKE ACTION.

This is the result of not appealing for finan-

cial aid or your appeal was not ap-

proved.

Contact your financial aid counselor to

discuss alternative financial aid options.

Contact the billing office to make a

payment plan.

Make academic improvements.

Evaluate what is preventing you from

meeting your academic requirements.

Take advantage of your resources; visit

with your advisor or instructors, get help

from disability services, a financial aid

counselor, and the tutoring center.
