    Extracting Price Conditions from ECC

    and Price Conditions Configuration

    Extracting Pricing Conditions from ECC

Price conditions can be extracted and imported from the ECC system

into the Sourcing / CLM system using the extraction program

    BBP_ES_CUSTOMIZINGDATA_EXTRACT in the ECC system

The resulting extract file is in XML format and extracts all Price

Conditions that are assigned to the Material and Service Calculation

    Schemes

BADI BADI_BBP_ES_ADDITIONAL_DATA can be used to filter and

modify the contents of the XML file before extract

    Example

The typical structure of the XML file is as below:

ECC Pricing Conditions Configuration Related to SAP

    Sourcing / CLM

When publishing a Master Agreement to ECC, the values of a Price

Condition (e.g.: Price 75.75 USD) is sent to ECC

If generic conditions are used in Sourcing, then we need to be able to

map them to the conditions relevant for the pricing scheme in ECC

This mapping can be configured at the ERP IMG Integration with

Other SAP Components SAP Sourcing Assign Condition Types

The ERP mapping table allows that; for example, an SAP Sourcing

Price Condition ID PBXX will be mapped to the ERP Price Condition

PB99 and all calculations in ERP will use the ID PB99
