Southern Africa Projects Consulting Agency (Pty) Ltd was established in 2009. Southern

Africa Projects Consulting Agency (Pty) Ltd.’s business is supplying, transporting, and

construction and development projects. We provide additional services that include

but are not limited to the following: Direct Mining Solutions (including crushing and

screening) of various products (coal, iron ore, manganese, copper, etc.); Beneficiation

of raw materials; Direct Exports; Transport and Logistics of goods to and from the mine

site; Construction Development Projects; Power projects including Hydro Power

Stations and Coal fired Power Stations; Water Sanitation and Filtration Systems, Solar

Energy and renewable energy projects like LED and Solar Panel manufacture are part of

our interests.

Our clients include Governmental bodies, National Provinces, private companies and

fuel and mine exploration companies.

Southern Africa Projects Consulting Agency (Pty) Ltd is dedicated to being the premier

mining company and supplier of commodities from the African continent, as well as a

leading provider of goods and services in the mining and construction industries. We

aim to continue being productive, efficient and customer service orientated.

Our goal is to provide the highest quality goods/services and delivery to the local and

the worldwide export markets. We have systems and infrastructure at our disposal that

we utilise to source, mine, transport and deliver products from the mines to the

harbour at the most competitive rates. Our Joint Venture partnerships enable us to

utilise the latest technical skills in the building of infrastructure and management of

supplies, which sustain our performance, our profitability and our commitment to

service excellence, while growing our customer base and enhancing our standing in the

industry. We do this by coordinating and managing all parties involved in the process,

including but not limited to, experienced drivers, logistics facilitators, customer centric

administration personnel, (which includes customer awareness on service delivery).

This allows us to streamline our efforts and make sure that we perform swiftly and

efficiently in delivering products to our customers. We manage every leg of the journey

and control every aspect of the product delivery process; from the mine until it reaches

our customers, thus ensuring Optimum Service and Delivery Standards.

Our staff is extensively trained and is highly qualified professionals who are eager to

meet customer demand.

We are dedicated to providing the highest quality products for our customers. The

current demand for coal, iron ore, manganese and commodities in general, is increasing

and Southern Africa Projects Consulting Agency (Pty) Ltd Mining is structured properly

and is well positioned to embrace the opportunity that is here for us. We mine, supply,

transport and deliver products to our existing customers and are actively pursuing

Southern Africa Projects Consulting Agency (Pty) Ltd was registered in 2009. We

currently have ongoing supply contracts with our Buyers in China. We also have

contracts in place with additional suppliers as well as transporters, rail and shipping

companies. Each of these contractors have accepted the Terms Of Service that we have

stipulated must be adhered to; with the primary goal being LONG TERM SERVICE,

RELIABILITY, SUPPLY AND DELIVERY that will enhance their sustainability and ours as

well.

These companies are the single most important partnerships that we have to ensure

that we continue to provide our products and services to our customers at a fair price

point, while also maintaining continuous profits for our company.

We have executed and signed contracts with individual investors from around the

world who have chosen to become minor shareholders in Southern Africa Projects

Consulting Agency (Pty) Ltd corporate Structure and Ventures. As a result, we will

register Southern Africa Projects Consulting Agency (Pty) Ltd divisions, in their

respective countries in order to maximise our potential and move forward as a

strategically positioned multinational corporation.

We utilise the most sophisticated technology available in our monitoring systems to

manage our supplies and deliveries. This allows us to monitor online service requests,

real time 24/7 tracking and expected service delivery times (ensuring accuracy thereof),

as well as instant notification as needed. All of this helps to ensure maximum efficiency.

Our product and service suppliers each have a reputation for reliability and low cost to

run ratios and each are the best in the business. We are able to monitor every aspect of

our projects to ensure that there is minimum downtime in the event of vehicle

breakdowns. We have 100% commitment with our suppliers for 24/7 service if

required.

This is our core business and our primary revenue stream. Currently there is a huge

demand from our customers for coal, copper ore, manganese, iron ore, etc. as well as

rare earth elements. As a company, we are in a position to provide reliable supply for

up to 30 years and perhaps beyond. We are continually obtaining new mining

concessions to ensure that we can meet the demand for product that our customers

require and this is an important and on-going strategy for Southern Africa Projects

Consulting Agency (Pty) Ltd.

The products that are being mined are in demand worldwide due to their superior

grade as a percentage and the general purity of our products.

In addition to our current mining operations, we have secured additional assets that we

are currently developing. More information on these developments can be provided

upon request. We have community involvement in some of these assets and we have

purchase agreements on others. We also have signed OTP (Offer to Purchase) on 22

other deposits that we are currently doing our due diligence on. These additional assets

that are under consideration are: Coal, Iron Ore, Manganese’s, Oil and Gas Projects that

are coastal.

We have off take agreements with our Joint Venture partners and customers that

extend for 15 years, with extensions and renewals for longer, upon mutual agreement.

In order to meet the demands of our customers, (in addition to these customers we are

in discussions with other Sovereign States to supply their national grids with products

like coal and iron ore, etc.), Southern Africa Projects Consulting Agency (Pty) Ltd has

identified the need to develop local harbors to increase their capacity, as soon as

possible. To ensure that we are able to meet the requirements of our customers, we

are in discussions at the highest levels and have had progressive meetings with

principals to improve these existing harbors.

Our intention has been to expand these harbors without recourse to the Governments,

through existing Governmental funding incentives. This obviously takes time and has

massive constraints on operations and costs. As such we have a solution. We have

selective private funding partners who will provide Southern Africa Projects Consulting

Agency (Pty) Ltd with our own funding facilities that meet our funding requirements.

We provide full time employment to a number of people in various professional

disciplines to ensure continued excellence in our service provisions to our customers.

These include:

We offer customized solutions to our customers. Our mining operations can run 24/7 or

on a managed time scale (dependent on customer requirements). We have support

staff working around the clock. This allows us to provide exceptional service to our

customers and we are always ready to help.

We asked our customers, facilitators and developers, what was most important to

them and the answers came back; reliability, performance and customer service. Hence

our commitment has been and continues to be, providing reliability, exceptional

performance and the highest level of customer service possible.

We will continue to do surveys during the course of our operations to ensure that our

focus remains relevant and that we continually meet and exceed the needs of our

customers as well as our staff. Being proactive with forward planning allows us to

anticipate and be prepared in advance.

Although our business is focused on our long term contracts, it is still important for us

to stay focused on our day to day level of service within those long term contracts and

to prepare for future opportunities that will present themselves. We target new

business through company awareness programs, community upliftment programs, as

well as supporting our sales team with staff development.
