Construction Days
**Any student interested going on the New York City trip in 2016 must attend at least 2 hours of Construction time on both the fall show sets and the spring musical sets!!**
October 1112:00pm –
6:00pm**All Cast Members of both shows MUST put in at least 4 hours of time on construction to remain in the cast!
We will be designing, building, tracing and painting the float for Homecoming and the Holiday Parade. We need
lots of help with this!!
Costume Fee
Students are required to pay a costume fee to help off set the HUGE cost of costumes!!!
Fundraising Opportunities are Available for the cast members!
Any Student not paying the costume fee will not be allowed to perform in the production!

*Students who sold Carrabbas can check and see how much they sold and how much they still owe. Students will not be allowed to stay in the show if they do not pay their costume fee on time!

New Ticketing Program
The Executive board had a conference call with a new ticketing software and as of the Start of the sale for “The Adventures of Tom Sawyer” we will
be using the new system. Here are a few highlights.1. You will be able to see our theater and select
and buy your seats right online through our website www.shstheater.com
2. You will be able to call into a ticketing agent and order tickets through the phone also
paying by credit card.3. And you will still be able to get tickets at the
door the night of the show (no credit card)4. No Ms. D Screw Ups!!! YAY!

quickly this evening!!
We need parents to help chaperone the shows and we promise they are some exciting jobs

PALS REGISTRATION
In order to be a chaperone at any school event you MUST be Pals Registered.
In order to do any over night trip, like Halloween Horror Nights or NYC you must
be finger printed.
You can Come into school (the main office) and register or you can fill out one of the PALS papers and we will register you! *Because of the social
security number as well as other important info the papers will be shredded after they are entered
