Need for Additional Liturgical Ministers There are many ways our parishioners can contribute to the prayerfulness, beauty and authenticity of our weekly gathering for worship. Some roles are highly visible and some more in the background. Brochures

describing the various liturgical ministries and the degree of commitment are available at the doorways.

Please take a look and discern how God might be calling you to serve.

Re-igniting Our Faith: Roman Catholic Diocese of Albany Capital Campaign

In recent weeks Elizabeth has spoken about this capital campaign and our plans for addressing needs

here at St. Vincent De Paul as part of our participation in this diocesan program. As also mentioned, the

Diocese will use 30% of the proceeds for supporting retired priests, seminarian education, support for Catholic schools and evangelization efforts. The

remaining 70% returns to the parish which we will use to address deferred maintenance issues and establish a

parish foundation to provide seed money for innovative ministries and projects. Letters have been sent to parishioners with a known giving history, (e.g. Bishop’s Appeal.) Pledge cards can be found in the

worship space chairs and detailed information is available on a table in the parish hall. Please contact

Elizabeth if you have any questions.
