Dear Chamber Members:
We are looking forward to our 14th Annual Gift-Basket Silent Auction. This year, donated gift baskets will be on display for bidding at a NEW VENUE! WE ARE BACK AT THE KSU AVIATION FAIR, at KSU Andrew W. Paton Field, 4020 Kent Rd., Stow, on Saturday, September 10. The KSU Aviation Fair is a community event featuring historical airplanes that fly in for this special event, wartime veterans and current industry pilots, airplane rides, fun, food, entertainment & more for the whole family. More details to follow.
KSU Aviation Fair attendees will have the opportunity to bid on the baskets between 7am-3pm.
As a Gift Basket Donor you will receive the following: Great exposure, recognition and visibility at the event Company/Organization name recognition in the Stow Sentry display ad (circulation 14,000 homes/businesses)
Recognition at the September Stow-Munroe Falls Chamber of Commerce (SMFCC) luncheon Recognition in the September chamber newsletter Recognition on the Chamber website (SMFCC.COM) and other advertising outlets at the discretion of the
Chamber Signage display at the event with all donors listed
The contents and value of the basket are completely up to you; however, there is a minimum value of $50. Use your imagination! In the past, basket themes have featured sports, movies, holidays, family, children, coffee, gift cards, etc. You must list the items in the basket, include value of the basket and attach a business card. If you are unable to donate a basket, gift cards/certificates valued at $50 or more will be appreciated. PLEASE NOTE: No chocolate or perishable food! This is an outdoor event (it’s HOT out there!)
