Ambient Temperature Com
The Sauna Fix® with the patent pending radiant tent requires no preheat and can heat up as hot as you like.
NIR therapeutic range is between 100-120°, however, after leaving the Sauna Fix® on all day the temperature has reached 160°.

5
EnhancesExercise
Due to increased production of ATP and quick dilation of the microcirculatory system, a person can lessen warm-up time and work at a higher level of exertion without increasing blood pressure. (1,9,10)
6
Promotes Endurance
Muscle fatigue was reduced by up to 42.2% when exposing muscle to NIR. (5,6)
7
The mitochondria (power plants of the cells) produce more ATP (energy currency of the cells) when NIR (near infrared) is introduced. (1,2)
Supports Metabolism
8
Enhances Circulation
Rotation promotes dramatic circulation on all sides of the body, as the blood shunts towards the heat lamps.
Tissues become vasculated, producing more sweat.
The body becomes evenly heated from rotation which assists the healing process.
9
Promotes Penetration
Near infrared heat lamps are far more powerful than most far infrared heat emitters, and all the lamps are placed near each other on the sauna fixture to concentrate the heat source.
Research indicates that near infrared lamp energy penetrates deep inside the body.
10
DetoxificationIncreased blood circulation stimulates the sweat glands, releasing built-up toxins and waste. Sweat is the only way to remove certain carcinogenic PCBs, dioxins, phthalates, and volatile organic hydrocarbons. (11)
11
LowerElectromagnetic Frequencies
Sauna Fix® has ultra low EMF readings of less than 2 milligauss1
Far infrared saunas emit more harmful electromagnetic fields compared to near infrared. Those frequencies are in the microwave spectrum and quite harmful.

Voltage : 110-240 VAC
Amperage : 8.3 A
Wattage : 1000 W
Frequency : 50-60 Hz
* Based on USA average 12¢ kW-hr cost
13
Promotes Recovery
Certain tissue regenerating genes including integrins, laminin, gap
junction proteins and kinesin proteins have shown a two- to five-fold
increase upon exposure to NIR. (7,8)
14
Promotes Circulation to Muscles
NIR causes the release of nitric oxide. This stimulates vasodilatation of the
microcirculatory system, bringing more blood to the muscles. (4)
15
Promotes Energy ProductionNIR activates the color sensitive chemicals
(chromophores & cytochrome systems) to
depths of 23 centimetres (or about 10 inches),
stimulating the energy processes in cells. (1)
16
Promotes Strength
Growth hormone release is induced by an increase in body temperature and not by exercise itself. Growth hormone increases muscle mass, calcium retention, and
lipolysis (the breakdown of stored fat). (14)
17
“…produces almost the same effect on shoulder joint range of motion as light exercise……shoulder forward flexion and backward extension angles had significantly greater change rates….”13
Promotes Flexibility
13 Demura S., Noguchi T., and Matsuzawa J., Effect of Linear Polarized Near-infrared Irradiation on Flexibility of Shoulder and Ankle Joints http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/16858211
18
Reduces Pain
Penetrating heat from NIR has long been proven to reduce pain and increase circulation to areas of discomfort. NIR has also been shown to
significantly increase the range of flexibility. (13)
19
Adds Phototherapy
Chromophores, the body’s near infrared light receptors absorb and disperse light naturally throughout the body for healing benefits.
N.A.S.A. testing proves near infrared penetrates into the body as much as 5 inches.
630-800 nm of light travel through surface tissues and muscles, are absorbed by mitochondria, and stimulate energy within subcutaneous tissue, muscle and bone.
Far infrared (≥4,000 nm) only heats up water molecules within the body. Near Infrared bulbs emit 550-3400 nanometers of near infrared light.
20
Reduces Cellulite
Cellulite is fat mixed with toxins that are trapped, in part due to an underactive circulatory system. Cellulite is so visible, in part due to weakened connective tissue. NIR helps rebuild connective tissue and has been shown to reduce cellulite. (12)
21
Promotes Fat LossA group of 20 women riding stationary bicycles 3 times per week for 4 weeks exposed to NIR
lost an average of 8 cm’s or 444% more as compared to 20 women doing the same
exercise without NIR. (3)
22
DNA Synthesis of fibroblasts, which affects the elasticity of skin, increase five-fold with NIR. The result is younger-looking, more beautiful skin. (1,7)
Promotes Skin Rejuvenation

Sauna Fix® is the only design with UL listing status for the United States and Canada
The complete Sauna Fix® assembly design was tested and listed, and as a whole carries the cUL mark, approved by Underwriters Laboratories, and the CE mark.
Just using UL & CE listed components do not ensure product safety or insurance coverage!
UL listed assemblies are the only fixtures approved for commercial use.
The UL listed follow-up inspection service guarantees the Sauna Fix® continues to be manufactured in compliance with the UL safety requirements.
25
Heat and Toxic Metals don’t mix!
• Electrical lamp sockets
• Clamp Lights
• Heat Lamp Light Fixtures
• Home made Sauna Light Panels
• Commercial Near Infrared Saunas
Heat lamps can release toxic vapours from materials used in:
Exposure Risk: Aluminum, Nickel, Chromium
Sauna Fix® proprietary metal is free of Aluminum,Nickel and Chromium and RoHS certified.
26
Aluminum accumulates in the lungs, liver, thyroid, bone and brain over a lifetime; and significantly increases in the lungs and brain as we age.
Aluminum
Toxicity symptoms include flatulence, headaches, colic, dryness of the skin and mucous membranes, tendencies for colds, burning pain in the head relieved by food, heartburn and an aversion to meat, paralytic muscular conditions, loss of memory and mental confusion.

27
Nickel usually accumulates in the kidneys and plays a physiological role with hormones, lipid and membrane metabolism.
Nickel
Nickel toxicity may be associated with: Intestinal cancer, oral cancer, heart attack, hemorrhages, kidney dysfunction, low blood pressure, malaise, muscle tremors, tetany and paralysis, nausea, vomiting and skin problems.

28
Chronic poisoning is mainly from inhalation or skin contact [Meditext 2005].
Chromium
“Lung cancer is the most serious long-term effect [Cohen and Costa 1998; Lewis 2004; Meditext 2005]. Apart from the carcinogenic potential, prolonged exposure can result in bronchitis, rhinitis, or sinusitis or the formation of nasal mucosal polyps. Besides the lungs and intestinal tract, the liver and kidney are often target organs for chromate toxicity [Rom 2007].”

Cotton – Not the Safest Sauna
The World Health Organization classifies eight pesticides most commonly used on cotton as moderately to highly hazardous. Traces of pesticides, herbicides and defoliants used to grow cotton “the dirtiest crop in the world” can linger in the fabric even after washing and lead to a variety of health issues.
Avoid “all natural” cotton products and use only Organic cotton.
30
Wood pitch in most species contain terpene a Volatile Organic Compound
Terpenes can cause gastrointestinal symptoms, alter metal status, and even induce seizures and coma. Aspiration is a particular concern with absorption beginning in the oral cavity.
Even terpene free wood species have aromatic scents that are unsuitable for some allergic and chemically sensitive individuals
