In 2017 Savills London Residential Development Land Team transacted on sites totalling more than £1 billion in land value, equalling the performance of 2016. Despite the uncertainty created by the turbulent political environment and ongoing Brexit negotiations, the development market has shown remarkable resilience. London has remained a key location for overseas investors and developers who see value and opportunity in the land market.
