    Providing

SolutionsThis Solutions Directory is a reerence guide that contains the most complete and current list

o eligible equipment (solutions) and qualication criteria or incentives available to customersthrough SCEs 20102012 Energy Eciency Program cycle*. It also includes a summary oDemand Response Technology Incentives available or customers installing qualied equipmentthat enables load-shiting strategies. You can also use our Energy Management Solutions Guides(Guides). These include a listing o the typical solutions used by customers within select segmentsto help you create a comprehensive energy management plan and/or projects or yoursel.

Comprehensive Energy Management includes Energy Eciency and Demand Responseprograms. Energy Efciencyprojects lead to permanent reductions in energy usage, usually byupgrading equipment and optimizing building system design. Demand Responseprograms oersimple ways to reduce your electrical bill by agreeing to temporarily reduce or shit your electricalconsumption when requested by SCE.

For more complex project challenges involving multiple technologies, and/or installations atmultiple project sites, ask your SCE Account Representatives about SCEs consultative approachto project development. Your SCE Account Representative, SCE Field Engineers, and Third PartyEngineering rms will work with you and/or your in-house team to help scope your comprehensiveenergy management project. This collaboration helps ensure upront agreement on operatingcost, capital cost, energy savings and incentive estimates.

The Online Application Tool (the tool), ound at www.sce/onlineapp.com, is another easy andreliable way or you or your Authorized Agent (designated contractor) to calculate energy savingsand submit your Energy Management Solutions (EMS) Incentives Application or your project. The Tool will also help you satisy two requirements or your Incentives Application. TheApplication Terms & Conditions includes a new certication requirement. Customers o InvestorOwned Utilities submitting Incentive Applications are now required by the Caliornia PublicUtilities Commission, Caliornia Energy Commission, and the Contractors State License Board

to sign and certiy that they will/have used a license contractor, where applicable, and will/haveobtained all required permits or their energy management installation. Also, or projects using anAuthorized Agent, a completed Authorized Participant Agreement must be submitted with everyEMS Incentives Application (visit www.sce.com/contractor to learn more).

Both the Solutions Directory and the Guides reerence documents are available online atwww.sce.com/applicationandtools. Both are updated quarterly; however, the Solutions Directorywill always contain the most complete and current list o equipment (solutions) andqualication criteria.

    * Programs are unded by Caliornia utility customers and administered by Southern Caliornia Edison under the auspices o the Caliornia Public Utilities

Commission. Programs are oered on a frst-come, frst-served basis and are eective during the Program cycle or until unding is expended or the program

is discontinued by the Caliornia Public Utilities Commission. Programs may be modifed or terminated without prior notice.
