Consequences

The government wants to give opportunities to the castes to earn like IIT & IMM graduates but this should not be happen at the cost of quality of educationGovernment providing much more schemes for sc people but they know about few schemes only .most of the sc people where not using schemes for higher postings like ( ISA , IPS ,DUPTY COLLECTER etc………..

Page 23: schedule cast awareness study

The majority respondent unaware the reservation policy in terms of education, employment, both central and state government existing policies.

There are higher educations like engineering, medicine, law, its completely run by central government

There are special recruitments available both central and as well as state government the respondents unaware

A intensive awareness program based on education, employment for sc people is required very much.

A detailed on going training program in terms of employment for sc community at cross root level needed in the country in order to promote the sc students from their down position.

Conclusion

However today all sections of the society have developed economically , culturally and socially Hence the need for reservation is limitedComplete elimination of reservation is not possible considering the current political scenarioHence reservation should be provided to the people who really need it and those people should be tracked regularly ..
