Of all digestive health problems, gluten intolerance can be the most challenging. It is the most common of all involuntary movements and can affect the hands, arms, eyes, face, head, vocal folds and legs. Is your tremor getting in the way of things you enjoy? Danielle Englert, MD, from the Center for Parkinson’s Disease and Movement Disorders and the Department of Neurology at Carolinas Medical Center, will help you understand advances in the diagnosis and treatment of tremors; selection criteria for Deep Brain Stimulation Therapy (DBS), an FDA-approved treatment for tremors; risks and benefits of DBS therapy and how it has helped people achieve daily victories.
