This is a list of scholarships worth approximately $17 million that high school students can apply to. Students are encouraged to apply to as many scholarships that they qualify for with well put together applications. The scholarships here are always changing so be aware of dates, deadlines and check often. The scholarships listed here are not a comprehensive list so students and parents are encouraged to seek other scholarships. Other scholarships include new opportunities, post-secondary entrance awards and local community scholarships.

The Bun Allin Memorial Scholarship Fund

Criteria:

a) Open to either a Grade Twelve or post-secondary student who is a Saskatchewan resident and is attending and studying in a Saskatchewan education institution.

a) The applicant must be a Grade 12 student presently attending a high school in the Good Spirit School Division.

b) The applicant must be planning to enter the College of Faculty of Education (directly or indirectly) at a University, with intentions of working towards a Bachelor of Education Degree.

Criteria:

a) The applicant must provide confirmation of acceptance into a Fine Arts program at a post-secondary institution with preference given to applicants pursing dance education.

b) The applicant must have completed at least five consecutive years of dance education from Dance Innovations including their high school graduating year. If within five consecutive years of dance education with Dance Innovations there should be a break, not exceeding a year, a letter of explanation is required with the application.

c) The applicant is to write on a one page essay on how dance and dance education has benefited them.
