Summary

• The results of the Climate Survey were over-all positive, yet give us areas we can target for improvement.

• The implementation of bullying prevention training with our staff should increase the overall awareness and decrease tolerance among students for bullying.

• We are pleased that more than 93% of our secondary students feel their school is a good place for learning.

What’s Next?

• Review results with principals and ask them to review results with staff

• Review results with CGPD

• Implement Bullying Prevention Programs/Policy and train staff

• Re-administer the survey at the end of the year to compare results/progress
