School Year Planning Pack Instructions:
1. Complete the Summation form for each child. Include any books, curriculums, and
workbooks that you will use for each subject. If you will be completing a curriculum as a group
for a subject, simply write “as a group” on the line for that subject.
2. Once you have completed the Summation form for each child, complete the Group
Summation form for any group subjects.
3. Once all forms are complete, grab the To Do list.
4. Starting with one child’s form, write down anything that needs to be read, printed, or
completed (Cut up the lapbook pieces, shop for supplies, divide the printouts by week, etc).
for each subject. Work through the forms for all children, and the group form.
5. You now have your master To Do list. Your list will change as you work through it. For
instance, you may have “Read As the Red Fern Grows” on your To Read list. Once you have
finished the book, you may then need to add “create a book report form” to your To Do list.
Work through your master list over a couple months, and you will be ready for the start of
your next school year.
