Riding and surrounding areas:Arts and crafts,

swimming, cheerleading and much more So, start

planning your summer holiday activities today!

Extra support or disabled children.

Although there are activities within thisbooklet specifcally or disabled children, allactivities listed are accessible (subject to

availability.) I extra support is needed or yourchild to join in any activities please let us knowwhen booking. A coordinator will then contactyou about your childs needs so that additionalsupport can be arranged. Requests or supportmust be made at least our working days inadvance o the activity. Funding is available orup to 12 sessions per child.

Community Play Rangers - FREE un sessionsBalloon modelling, parachute and team games, den making, artsand crats, water ghts, ootball, skateboarding, ace paintingand lots o un ree play time. An adult must accompanychildren under eight years. (Sessions are designed or childrenaged ve-14 years. Children aged 0-ve are welcome with olderbrothers and sisters) Some indoor acilities are available incase o rain. Children may get messy and wet, so please dressappropriately and wear sensible shoes. Children will need tobring a drink, and i staying all day, dont orget a packed lunch.

A range o activities have been organised by the sport and playdevelopment service, including play ranger sessions and activities ordisabled young people and their siblings. Our community sports coacheshave again joined up with extended services and a range o activities onoer are listed here, but more are available, see the extended servicessection on page 22 - 23 or more details.

Community sports clubs

Many voluntary sports clubs have organised activities specifcally to runin the summer holidays or young people to attend. Please note that

these activities cannot be booked on-line. Please contact the club direct.AllofthevoluntaryclubslistedhaveachievedatleastLevel1ofERCAS(EastRidingClubAccreditationScheme.)

Please note that onlyactivities provided by the sport and play development service can bebooked via this number. In case o rain, some activities have an indooracility which will be used and as a result only limited spaces will be

available. Please note that not all venues have an indoor acility and someactivities may have to be cancelled due to bad weather. Reunds will begiven to those who have pre-booked in these cases.

We received some very interesting feedback from our

customers and took on board your comments when planning

our refurbishment. This included improving the amount of

luggage space available for passengers, which you stated through

our feedback forms, was an important element that we needed to
