As we gear up for year-end 2016, positive things continue to happen across the country in our markets. The construction industry has a strong head of steam nationally and all of our offices continue to see improvement in both quality and quantity of opportunities. Although 2016 has seen a leveling off in our overall national revenues due to delayed starts on several large projects, the majority of these projects have merely pushed their start dates into late 2016 or early 2017. This shift will potentially result in O’Neil reaching record backlog numbers by yearend 2016 or mid -2017, and our 2017 overall company revenues are currently projected to exceed $800M. This would be another record high revenue level achieved by the O’Neil Family of Companies and its’ employees, a milestone we take pride in.

We are working on several large project opportunities with national customers, which is an encouraging sign as these projects include a variety of market segments including retail, assisted living, office, aerospace, hospitality, and apartment construction. This type of diversity in new project opportunities is a good indication of the overall health and strength of the national construction economy. Our thanks to those customers that have chosen O’Neil to be their contractor of choice on their projects and a big thank you to all of our employees that continue to work diligently towards the ongoing success of these projects and the relationships that come with them.
