3. Click Drop-down to choose Notification Type.

4. Select RFI to create Request for Information.

5. Click Drop-down to choose Purchase Order.Note: it is optional to enter Purchase Order.It can be added on the next page before submitting or at a later time.

6. Purchase Order pop-up search specific to your Supplier ID
You can either type Purchase Order number in the Search field or you can select Purchase Order from the list

7. As required, complete/review the following fields:

8. Choose the desired Purchase Order. Example: .

Information Request R Enter the full details of what you are requesting. Example: Need clarification of the drawing

11. Click the Attachment button if you want to add an attachment.

12. As required, complete/review the following fields:
