•  For-­‐profit  Greystone  Bakery  in  Yonkers  NY  produces  confec0onary  products  for  Ben  &  Jerry’s  ice  cream  stores  and  runs  a  founda0on  that  provides  jobs  in  its  bakery  for  the  formerly  homeless
