Biography – PersonalO Born September 17, 1964 in Belfast, IrelandO Raised in Provo, Utah but also lived in South

Africa and several other American citiesO Attended Brigham Young University (BYU)O Starting BYU quarterback 1987 & 1988 seasons

(injury ended football career), lead his team to two bowl games and selected twice as the ESPN Most Valuable Player

O Graduated with Honors from BYU with a degree in English

O Graduated with an MBA from Harvard School of Business

O Married to Rebecca Thatcher and has five children
